Raltharos Posted January 21, 2012 Share Posted January 21, 2012 Basicly the problem with plasma cell is that ion pulse resets it so and ion pulse is your filler skill when you cant use stockstrike...and because its a dot you are losing damage if you use ion pulse 2 times in a row and the slow effect wont trigger either. Should probably change the skill to something like how incendiary rounds work were you deal a small amount of damage on hit them the majority is a dot.
