I like to see that BW is trying to fix it 2 instead of giving up

Since the damage is a full dot if you use ion pulse before it will tick your losing damage and also the slow will not work because the damage isnt ticking. The skill should be changed to something like incindinary rounds were it does a little damage on impact and then the rest as a dot so the re-applys add damage not cost you damage

Basicly the problem with plasma cell is that ion pulse resets it so and ion pulse is your filler skill when you cant use stockstrike...and because its a dot you are losing damage if you use ion pulse 2 times in a row and the slow effect wont trigger either. Should probably change the skill to something like how incendiary rounds work were you deal a small amount of damage on hit them the majority is a dot.

Im lvl 45 and all i have 2 say about the spec is its gear dependant as hell... Like you need 2 have all up to date armor so your damage reduction is on par then you also need the defense stats. Your playing a class that needs gear 2 do well with because of how the class is set up
