For example, I will push when needed, see it doesn't work, push again, wait a sec, push again and then straight up spam like crazy and usually takes about 5 seconds, anyone else notice same problem? Usually hard to even live that long since youre using those abilities but when i have more than enough time to stop, look at it, push slowly, click to try then spam and get nothing, makes me RAAAGGGEEEE.
