movingtarget Posted January 16, 2012 Share Posted January 16, 2012 so today we formed a raid took out a world boss and we did master looter and that only lets you give loot to someone and with no /roll option i was stuck as to how to distribute the loot and that lead to frustration from players only thing i could do is tell them to pick a number between 1-100 or something like that so anyone have any idea on a way to do things that is fair to everyone and works besides just letting them all greed roll on it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
JCDIP Posted January 16, 2012 Share Posted January 16, 2012 No offense but if anyone tried to roll "Master Looter" in a raid, there woudl be some questions coming. Just put it on Random and have everyone Need or Greed for Green or higher. The only reason I could see "Master" being used would be a friend helping a lower lvl grind up and get gear/money. timowade Posted January 16, 2012 Share Posted January 16, 2012 master looters quite often used in guild run raids etc and it works very well incase people need by mistake etc (we all know that excuse). this is a much safer option but i agree the game desperatly needs a /ROLL function and FAST.... BlinG Posted January 26, 2012 Share Posted January 26, 2012 same thing happened to me last night. we killed the world boss, i was the raid leader and selected master looter thinking i was being fair. in the end i have to ask people to pick 1-100 and then when i give something to my guild member i look like a scum bag. never will be using that again in a pug raid!
