That being said you can avoid the point if you want, I wouldn't if you engage in any type of PVP at all, but if all you are concerned with PVE sustained DPS you can probably put the point elsewhere. Sowwy Posted January 14, 2012 Share Posted January 14, 2012 Thermal detonator is a wrecking ball in pvp. It helps set up one nasty bit of burst. I can't tell you how many times I've had an opponent cc me and run when TD + RS pop at the same time. Or, if you want to be pretentious, when an enemy is low on health toss a TD on them and just walk away. They don't fall dramatically when it makes the killing blow. Its pops and they're flat on the ground. I wasn't too enamored with it at first as it lacked any pizazz. I was wrong. I love it. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
