Combat might be able to do more damage if all the stars align in the universe, all the procs happen, everything crits as you spam Blade Rush at enemy standing still in Zen after a Precision Strike. Some healing for you (and your team, if you have Zen up) Extra focus, if you're far enough into the tree.
