Retik
So it makes sense that bosses have defense to make the 110% hit necessary. But what about for PVP. Is accuracy useful in PVP? For the sake of discussion I'll say I'm referring to Carnage spec.

Kibaken
Defense increases your block/dodge/deflect/etc chance. Defense over 100% reduces your target's block/dodge/deflect/etc chance. Everyone's base defense is 5% and those that pick up tank gear Bounty Hunters, Juggernauts and Inquisitors will have that higher. I say Bounty Hunters and Inquisitors and not Power Techs and Assassins because 1) they share the same armor type and 2) I don't believe the sets are AC specific, so a Sorcerer could, in theory, pick up a few defense pieces to slightly increase their survivability. Our PvP gear has quite a bit of Accuracy on it (most likely to aid its viability in PvE) and in practice we'll want it in order to burn through tank classes since they're so useful in PvP - especially Huttball. Retik
Ya the reason I'm asking is because of all the accuracy on PVP gear. If I were to get some piece of PVE gear that had mods with non-accuracy stats, would it be worth it to swap them out in the PVP gear.
