LuigiCo
So, I wanted to play SWTOR on my parents computer while I was visiting this weekend. When I tried, i can run the game, but getting around 20fps, with everything set low/shadows off/bloom off, and lower resolution. I'm meeting above the min specs, but it was unplayable. System is as follows AMD 5200+2GB RamGforce 550tiRunning Windows Vista. Is it really just not powerful enough, or are the min specs not really accurate. I would probably put some money into a used processor and maybe another 2GB of ram, if I knew I could play with a good framerate at low quality settings. I think the graphics card is good, not blazing fast, but should be able to run it smoothly. Input?
Palamino
Your cpu is barely above minimum, and so is RAM. In practice, I think 4gb is too low. When I upgraded from 4gb to 8gb on win 7 64-bit system, my fps jumped from 35 to 55 average.
Kunitsukami
Yes you're system is under-powered "that much". People need to remember that minimum requirements basically means that you can install the game and turn it on, what happens after that doesn't matter. I didn't find the option the first time I looked under graphics.
