Vicid Posted January 3, 2012 Share Posted January 3, 2012 With auto facing in 1v1 combat you can only use it if you're A) In stealth (which is a waste because you have a better from stealth opener) B) You've stunned your foe first. You get two stuns. One on a 45 second timer the other on a 60 second time (Or 90 seconds if your'e a scoundrel) The Power is on a 9 second cool down.
