Sojurne
Is there a way to move the elements of the UI around, such as the inventory panel , character panel . etc to kind of center them on the screen instead of having them show up way to the left or right ? or is that ability not in yet thanks Sojurne
DanStarr
They have alluded to offering more UI flexibility in a future patch; however, for now the UI is fairly limited. As far as I know, you are unable to move UI elements around.
Erevan_Kindelar
At launch, there is no option for UI customisation (or moving the elements around). This will be coming in a post-launch update, but no dates yet.

Taran_Tatsuuchi
I 'think' I read the chat interface can be moved/resized... Other than that I don't think so...
Lucretia
I 'think' I read the chat interface can be moved/resized... Other than that I don't think so... Yes, you can move the chat box. Just click on the "General" tab of the chat window and you can drag the window anywhere you like. To resize it just click on the little triangle in the bottom right corner of the chat window and drag it to the size you want. If you change the group window into an Operation frame (main menu > preferences > user interface > scroll down to operation frames) you can adjust the size of the health bars and also lock/unlock the operation frame window to move it around where you want on your screen. Can't really do much else for now. Better than nothing though.
