  1. No independent Anarchy or Burst Volley (yes, this IS a dps increase, especially with the energy boost and the alacrity), yet you have Cool Under Pressure? No Spacer? (Seriously?), yet you have Leg Shot and Kneecappin' talented? If this is meant to be a pve build... To quote you, if you use this build, "you're" an idiot (the guy who wrote that, not the guy I'm quoting). EDIT: Now I know you're a troll. You ignore Accuracy completely in your "stat gearing", and say to stay away from Surge. Okay. http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#700rcrbbRkRrfkzzZbIZM.3 is imo the optimal 2.0 SS build. Crit has become so bad that I would take the 2 points in alacrity over 2 in crit, and 5% dmg to flyby (with all the SS buffs, and the pvp 2set bonus) and to sabo charge is worth more than a 3rd point in crit or another point elsewhere.
  2. If you're hoarding credits and not spending them...what is the use? I routinely make about 5-10 mil in a given week, but that is because I am constantly spending on stuff I want and like. If you're not interested in spending money, why hoard it?
  3. Your math is terrible. If there are 3,432 bosses available each week, and 16 people attend them all (most do 24, but what the hell, let's use 16), then there are 54,912 boss kills. Divide that by 3, and 18,304 characters just completed their weekly. Hell, at an average of 8 people per boss, 9,152 characters still get it done. Work on your math, and your logic.

    Yeah I pointed that out in my post. I like it as well, gives us 55 more incentive to keep playing longer!

    I get the normal No Quarter daily (4 matches played), but last night after completing it I got a 2nd daily that only required 2 matches played and gave 100 wz comms and 0 ranked (I believe this is the daily you do as you level up?). Did they change this to enable both dailies at 55?
  7. My average flyby hit per fight is anywhere from 3.6-4.1, just for hands-on information. This is as a SS with the 15% increased dmg to Flyby (and Sab Charge), which everyone should have.

  9. That is not at all what he said. He said he wants full guild runs if he can get them, because they don't want guild-earned items going to others. If a pug comes and gets a piece it's not the end of the world, but he'd prefer that his guildies get it.

  11. You parse to make yourself and everyone else stronger by seeing what you did wrong, what you could have done differently, etc. It's no different then a Quarterback watching game film monday morning.
  12. As MM, i have the 2set and it is quite amazing. 4 ticks every 45 seconds (not to mention not wasting as much time casting it) with the 15% increased dmg from the Sab tree is a godsend.

  14. Your relic recommendation probably is best, after seeing that. I did not realize you could stack them. As a Slinger, everything except Sabo Charge, Trickshot, and Quickdraw has a cast or channel time (same for Snipers). I would assume we'd be one of the higher benefiting classes from the alacrity adrenal. The only issue would be the cooldowns on abilities. You have a pretty consistent rotation right now, you'd need enough alacrity to fit in a certain number more Charged Bursts/ Snipes to make it worthwhile.
  15. Has anyone tried using the Alacrity adrenal and/or relic in place of the power ones? I would think it could be competitive.

  17. That it does, however there is a similar dev post stating the exact opposite. These devs need to get their act together. Come to think of it, the dev post I may be thinking of may be the one BEFORE that. So if that is true, then my bad.
  18. Your math is actually a little off. The on use relics have a -minimum- uptime of 25% (unless you're an idiot and never hit it). Fights that don't end on a 2-minute interval have far greater uptimes. For instance, if the fight lasts 5 minutes, you'll use it thrice...which is a 30% uptime. I believe the power procs -are- better. But let's use the right information when discussing them.
  19. The legacy crit does NOT affect augments or augment kits. It only affects items that when crit, would give an augment slot (so gear and weapons). This has been confirmed by devs many times over.
  20. You are completely incorrect about Hammer Station. As a Slinger, I have never been hit by it.
  21. Actually by a bit more than your surge, if you have crit multiplier talents. But your point is valid and true.
  22. With Gearhead, you get 19.62 cunning per augment compared to 18 power (without factoring in class buffs). With those two values, you get 3.924 bonus damage from skill augments (plus crit), and 4.14 bonus damage from overkill. EDIT: My math is on 50 augments obviously (stupid me). Cunning gets even more from 55 augments.
