  2. Unfortunately for me the Group finder has not been a pleasant experience simply because I find myself getting harassed for not skipping the cut scenes. I realize that i am very likely in the minority but I enjoy the cut scenes and have no intention of skipping them. Would you please consider adding an option in group finder that you can select that states you either will not skip cut scenes or you will skip cut scenes if you select neither the finder assumes you do not care either way. This way like minded people can group together and not have to deal with some jerks simply because you do not play the game the way they want you to play. It also will benefit the space bar users because their runs will be at the pace they want. Since I'm in the minority I have no doubt that my que times would be higher since finding a group of people who do not skip cut scenes will take longer, but I'd rather deal with longer ques then some of the chats I've dealt with. I hope you consider this. Thank you. Note: If this feature is actually already in the game would someone be kind enough to direct me to it because I can not find such a feature.
  3. One thing that still annoys me to this day is having to do a class story phase twice if I'm grouped with another player of the same class. I realize the reason for this is so another play can not interfere with your story, but there has to be a way to make it so two or more players of the same class can do a class story phase together and complete the mission together but when the cinematic conversation begins they each get their own sequence and hence their own choices. Please look into this if you could.
  4. I have a question. Right now Faathra and Hyperspace cannon are servers that can transfer to Droogas Pleasure Barge. Faathra is a server where I'm leveling 4 characters with a friend and they're mid level. Hyperspace Cannon is my main server with 8 characters 3 of which are high level and the other 5 are mid level. I obviously can't transfer them all. Are there plans to allow servers that are currently able to transfer to one server to have an option to transfer to a second server?
  5. I voted for 3d space battles. And to those people who are saying things like "How bout a dungeon finder?" or "Maybe you should put the resources to better use." Why do you people act like whatever comes out on top in this poll will be immediately put at the top of the list for BW to develop and everything else will be put on the back burner? I'm pretty sure this poll is merely a way to get feedback on something that people would like to see much further down the line. The other items, as Stephen Reid pointed out earlier in the thread, will likely come much sooner than the items in this poll.
  6. While I like the idea of unlocking the currently playable races for classes that do not have them I still want to see races that are unplayable become viable through the legacy system. One way to do it would be the only way these races would be available is if you unlocked their codex entry with your First max level character. I mean the current in game models of the Togruta are awesome. Please let me be one.
  7. I figure if I could wait just a bout a year for WoW to become mostly stable then I can give SWTOR the same time frame. Started WoW in Januray 2005 just under two months after it launched in November of 2004 and at that time the servers were still crashing and going down for hours sometimes days at a time. I remember months after starting the game I made an alt on another server just so I had something to play when my server went down. If i can work through that kind of frustration and end up playing a game for almost 7 years I can wait a a hell of a long time on SWTOR considering that at this point in its life SWTOR is stable compared to what WoW was at this same time.
  8. The truth hurts but Mr. Reid is correct. Not getting into EGA when YOU wanted to is a non issue...move along.
  9. Waah Waaah Waah i can't get to anything first Waaah Waaah Waaah That sums up the OP as well as all the other post like this. As for your concerns, you act as if everyone who gets early access first will be playing the game 24/7 from that point and that is simply not true. I got into early access yesterday but because I'm a normal person who has a job and has to work I could only play for a couple of hours before I left and a few hours after I got home. Then I went to bed. I'll probably play a little this morning before work again but then while I'm at work for my 8 hours that will give the people who had early access today time to catch up with a lot of players including myself. Sure there are going to be players who will get to level cap before others....but that's nothing new for any MMO. I don't recall there ever being any MMO out there that launched and then the majority of players got to cap around the same time. It just doesn't happen. The players who reach cap first will have the joy of waiting for others to catch up to do any group oriented end game....doesn't sound like much of an advantage to me Your argument about pvp imbalance is ridiculous. As far as warzones go the bolster system makes your arguement moot. As for pvp servers the risk is no different than it ever was before except unlike other games enemy players can not visit the starter worlds or your capital city worlds so being attacked for the first levels up to about 18-20 is not going to happen because it can't. Then after that you face the same risk that any player on any pvp server on any game faces. Don't like that idea? Then play on a PVE server
  10. Being a customer service representative for a certain television provider I hear this kind of junk from customers all the time. All of the information, requirements and instructions are provided by us to the customer but because the customer is too lazy or too "busy" to actually read what is provided to them. They want to blame us when something happens that they did not expect. Even though it was provided to them in black and white they still want to claim it is our fault. We're a business not a babysitter. We're not going to hold your hand. The same holds true with BW and Early Access. BW provided all of the information they needed to provide regarding early access. Early access would be based on when you submitted the code you were given when you pre-ordered your copy of the game. Basically the earlier you submitted the code the earlier you would get access. If you waited to submit the code then that is your problem. Grow up and just admit you screwed up and didn't order early enough. BW owes you nothing except for what they promised and that is early access based on when you submitted your code. Get over yourselves...you're not that special.
