  1. I have received 2 responses saying they are interested, they are either coming up with the money or thinking about it. I have no problem waiting because as it stands there is no way to get the speeder anymore except from the people that bought them and Bioware hasn't said anything about bringing them back so there will be fewer and fewer as time goes on making them more rare and more expensive. If there were people selling the speeder for less obviously I would have to adjust my price but as it stands with the cheapest price on the GTN being 15 mill and people offering around 14 mill on other servers I would say the price is in the right spot at the moment.
  2. Lowest I saw on the GTN was 15 mill and there are people on other servers offering 14 for it.
  3. Want to sell my Korrealis Commander speeder. If you are interested please send Ganrax a tell or mail ingame or shoot me a private message on here. Thanks. Now listing price at 14 million.
  4. Yeah, unfortunately this is exactly why I unsubbed. I tried to give this game as long as I could, mainly because it is Star Wars, playing it since closed beta in August and I just can't bring myself to log on anymore. I personally am just sick and tired of the boring raid/wait/instanced PvP Themepark MMO genre that I have been playing for the past 6 years(not just WoW, I only played WoW for less than a year) and I need something different, SWTOR unfortunately is not different. My content right now consists for 2-3 nights of raiding a week(a few hours a night on those) and then sitting around in the fleet staring at my bank/the GTN for the rest of the time if I even log on. I could look completely over look Bioware's incompetence and unprofessional-ism if this game was simple not just another copy of every other Themepark MMO that has been coming out since WoW with some polished up voice overs for questing so people don't have to read. And OP, glad you like the game and that absolutely does not make you a fanboy. Fanboys are the ones that are talking down on legitimate concerns about the game simply because it makes SWTOR or Bioware look bad instead of actually wanting to improve the game. They believe absolutely nothing with the game is wrong/bad/annoying/buggy and flame any opinions that state otherwise. As long as you don't think Bioware literally ***** rainbows then you aren't a SWTOR fanboy.
  5. I wanna say Karraga on Story Mode of Karraga's Palace and Soa on Hard/Nightmare mode Eternity Vault drop the Columi Mainhand token. I honestly don't remember(although I'm pretty sure those are the ones that drop it) but both are Operations that you'll need either 8 or 16 people to run at level 50.
  6. In PvE it is definitely a nerf to our regen if you were decently geared. I have 40% crit and 55% crit on grav round in a raid, I am pretty much guaranteed a cell charger proc at least once in 6 seconds and more times than not I get 2 procs in a 6 second period because the current internal cooldown on it is 3 seconds. So basically I am trading a potential 2 procs over a 6 second period that happens the majority of times for a fixed 1 proc every 6 seconds, I would call that a nerf. As for moving, I am never moving around for long enough for it to be an issue, and if I am moving around a lot consuming ammo takes a nose dive anyway since I can't use full auto or grav round. Gunnery Commando is designed to be played as a stationary turret, making a change like this that favors under geared players, players leveling, and players that choose to play it differently while hurting players that are properly geared and playing the intended way seems like a stupid move to me.
  7. Yeah that's how I'm seeing it, it's great for under geared Commando's or Commandos that are not stacking the right stats but for geared out Commandos the move from 3-6 seconds is bad. My grav rounds crit more times than not(40% crit raid buffed, 55% for Grav rounds with set bonus) so I was almost always getting an ammo return within 3 seconds and definitely before 6. We were better off before. You had the opportunity to get off 2 procs in a 6 second period and now we are having that opportunity removed for a guaranteed proc every 6 seconds which if you were even decently geared you already had.
  8. Learn. To. Read. He is NOT talking about a GEAR SCORE or any related tool in any way shape or form so get off the conspiracy train. Players will not use anything in this system to exclude other players because IT IS NOT IN THE PLAYERS HANDS. It is a simple gear check when a player goes to queue for a flashpoint. If they do not meet the set requirements for the flashpoint, they are barred from queuing and told what the minimum requirements are so that they can work towards it. In no way can anyone see this except the player looking to queue so it can in no way be used by other players to exclude other players from queuing for flashpoints that they should be queuing for. This will only prevent players from queuing for flashpoints that they are under geared for(like a player in all green level 40 gear queuing for a Hardmode Lost Island or a Story Mode EC).
  9. Honestly man just give up, 99% of them just cant grasp this concept. In their minds they pay the same subscription you do so they are entitled to skip through the same work that you did, often throwing excuses out like "I have a life", and expect other players to carry them through the content. Without a built in gear check set by the developers to the LFG tool you will just see players inspect everyone that joins their group and remove the players they deem under geared or simply drop group and re-queue(either way making the LFG Tool take longer to form a viable group and defeating the purpose of it in the first place). Then you will see the same people that were against the gear check come back on here whining about how everyone is an elitist and kicking people from groups based on lack of gear and expecting the developers to do something about it even though they were against them doing anything in the first place. They'll just have to learn the hard way.
  10. While I would love for an expansion to be coming out(and if it was not half assed I would actually resub my account for it), there is just no way that there is one coming out any time soon. First the game has only been out for about 6 months and they are barely done ironing out stuff that should have been in at release. Second they just laid off a bunch of people so they are more than likely gonna be moving even slower than they were already. Third, given how much time it takes them to make a patch that barely has any content(coming up on 2 months now for 1.3 which is just server transfers, a server-side LFG tool, some crafting tweaks, some legacy perks, and rated warzones that were supposed to be in 1.2) I would hate to see how long it takes Bioware to make a full blown expansion or how little content an "expansion" from them would be.
  11. I'd never hope that the game is going F2P, F2P games are more expensive for my play style than P2P MMOs(I spent more on AoC playing it for a month after it went "F2P" than I ever did playing it while it was P2P). You better believe if this game's population keeps dropping like it is they will take a page from Turbine and go F2P to save what is left of the game and try to keep making money.
  12. I'm gonna go with this. Some legacy garbage, server transfers before 1.3, or the game is going F2P.
  13. This thread in a nutshell: Mox Parser doesn't have malware. My anti-virus can beat up your anti-virus because I'm a computer security expert. PS: Norton > Everything. Come on! It came with my computer and everything!
  14. This lol. People still read these articles from Bioware? I stopped taking them seriously once I read how they think the Legacy was a huge success. We don't need articles with Bioware trying to give excuses as to why they aren't announcing their subscription numbers(although saying it's some kind of tricky complicated process is funny). Announcing them right now would be shooting themselves in the foot, they want subs and stating how many they have right now to the public would be counter productive for them. We don't need them to tell us we have major population issues, anyone that has logged into the game in the past 2 months already knows that.
  15. If people don't like their class then they should have researched it better. It is no different than starting as a Trooper, realizing that you don't like it and complaining that you can't respec into a Jedi Knight because they thought one class seemed better. Not going to happen. The only possible excuse would be if your "finger slipped" but that is why there are confirmation windows. If you manage to let your "finger slip" through the initial class selection AND the confirmation window then imo you deserve what choice you picked.
  16. Well techincally you can play 1 of each class with 8 slots since classes are mirrored per faction, so for example a Mercenary will play exactly the same as a Commando. You can also see all of the stories this way because Advanced Classes with the same Base Class have the same story.
  17. Yeah, nothing unique or different about advanced classes. I mean look at Commando and Vanguard, 1 is a ranged dps/healer and the other is a melee dps/tank. Nothing different there. On a serious note, no. You are given plenty of warnings and enough information when you are choosing your advanced class, if you picked one you don't enjoy it is no different than rolling a class you don't enjoy, you'll just have to either stick with it or re-roll. Your advanced class is your class after level 10, if you don't like it then start leveling a new character and read more into it this time.
  18. It's little things like this that we need in the game to keep us occupied and doing stuff rather than sitting in the fleet and waiting for the next raid time.
  19. Well I wouldn't call it raiding all the time but back then MMO's forced player interaction to play the game so you either played or at least talked to other players or you didn't play. SWG for example, if you wanted to play the game without buying multiple accounts and playing them all at the same time you had to interact with other players for either buffs, gear(it was all crafted), rare crafting mats, healing, etc. You could still play solo and do your own thing but that still involved some player interaction. I personally loved that and hate the direction that MMOs are headed now. Now there is so much emphasis on "the solo player" and allowing players to do everything themselves without having to rely at all on other players outside of designated group content(instanced PvP, Dungeons, and Raids). Because of this players just don't interact anymore unless they have to for the given content and then they usually don't talk again. We can't exactly go back to the way things were before either because players are now spoiled by being able to operate solely on their own now and see any type of reliance on other players as unwanted forcing of multiplayer content(ironically in a genre that has multiplayer right in the title).
  20. So you have a problem spending 500k on credit sinks but you don't have a problem with the economy being so inflated that buying 1 little item from another player will cost you 100 million? There are so many things wrong with SWTOR, credit sinks are not one of them. They have a purpose, they keep the amount of credits introduced into the game regulated(which is absolutely needed with how they throw tons of credits at us). Removing the credit sinks from SWG was one of the worst things they did for that game, more and more credits kept getting added into the game and next to none were ever removed. Also there are actually enough people out there that want an NGE Emu to justify making one? I can understand a Pre-CU or a CU(my personal favorite) but NGE? Really? It was such a dumbed down piss poor attempt of trying to turn SWG into a Themepark MMO like WoW to get more subs.
  21. A better leveling experience is not going to save the game or make most people want to roll more alts as an endgame activity. The leveling is already great, the lack of things to do after you finish that leveling is what caused us to be in this situation in the first place.
  22. That and a lot of those games mentioned didn't have many other MMO's to compete with at the time so they could afford mistakes. In 2005 if you weren't happy with WoW you didn't have many options on MMO's to go to(SWG? EQ2?). Now you have plenty of MMOs out there that you can choose from and plenty more coming out if you aren't happy with your current MMO. The only thing SWTOR has going for it is the Star Wars IP, having it be the only Star Wars MMO on the market at the moment.
