You're right, my bad. Hard to keep track of each person who has their own different opinion. You guys need to get together and consolidate your facts. OP uses a 1v2 as his example, you say it's not about that. OP says Guardian get focused down to 30% health in 25-30 seconds, Triss says they get blown up in 15-20 seconds. Simple fact is pvp can't be perfectly balanced, it'll never happen. And, honestly, with the new tacticals and set bonuses, I seriously doubt that the devs care at all about pvp. I do agree that it's stupid having a game changing tactical be a random proc on a vendor. So, no one has it, and then, someday, when it shows up, everyone who wants it has it. Dumb. All the tactical and sets should be available in game and that vendor should just have weekly random discounts.

Buff Guardians and it will just shift to the next in line. I'm fine with the devs giving Guardians a vanish like my Shadow, as long as my Shadow gets a Focused Defense.

So, tell me, how long should a Guardian be able to survive when being focused by 2 dps? Long enough to kill 1 or both of them? I'm curious.

The OP is from 2 weeks ago, lol. It's already been mentioned that the FPs people complain about getting all the time also happen to be the only ones that can pop for low levels (HS, ATHIS, KDY etc). If queue pops and there is a level 15/16 in your group, you're getting HS or KDY. Also, about 8 times out of 10, those low level players are bad. Like, really bad. The worst noobs I've seen in decades of gaming. So, your run is probably going to suck. And if it's going to suck, I'd rather it be a short FP like HS and not a longer one (with less loot) like KDY. Now, I don't mind carrying people a bit, most of my characters are maxed out. Although, it's funny when I'm carrying higher levels on my 42 Knight. But, explaining to newbies about LOS or, ya know, their CLASS HEALTH REGEN (seriously?) doesn't do any damn good if they don't read chat. Sorry, guess I needed to vent. I'm done now.

Did you actually read the OP? He's complaining that a Guardian can't come out on top of a 1v2 scenario. That's ridiculous. He also claims that Focused Defense is their only defensive tool. Completely ignoring Saber Ward, Saber Reflect and Enure.

Umm, thousands? There aren't thousands of people pvping these days, much less thousands of Guardians doing it. Oh, you said "love and pity". Still think "thousands" is a bit of a stretch.

It works with the 208's, but not the 216's.

The easiest to get, is the purple 204 PVP weapon. It's only 400 warzone comms.

They said more people per wave, not more waves. October 7th and not in 4th wave, looks like Oct 2nd was the cut-off.
