Think about it. If snipers had crazy range, they would becoem the best class hands down as they would have a damage head start while the opponent had to close the distance somehow. (Gap closers wouldnt work if the sniper was too far away)

I see no reason to not have story AND sandbox in the same kinda setup... I mean SWG was way too much sandbox and not enough story so I got bored of that, and SWTOR was fun up until the story ends, then theres nothing to do but PvP, datacrons and daily missions. I have been waiting for a SW MMO with BOTH of these elements to make NO parts of the game boring and have it be fun all around, but I guess you cant win em all right In any case I feel like SWTOR is superior to SWG imo, but thats just me and I wasnt around pre-CU and NGE, so I guess I woulnt know.

3 words: queue as group. If you know who youre playing with you an coordinate with them better and know their tactics. Whenever I queue with my guild on republic i win almost every time.

It works for me now. I don't see why youre having that problem I got all my dailies done in one shot today.

If anything I think they need to nerf mercs. They already severely nerfed troopers by taking away the "call reinforcements" ability...

Marauders are more powerful than juggs. Ive killed juggernauts above my level as a vanguard, but I can only kill a marauder at my level (if im lucky) or below.

Yep, same here. I have maxed out affection with Elara Dorne, and I can't talk to her at all, not since about 7500 affection. I have tried everything and apparently the "Want to talk on the ship" icon that shows up on their portrait is completely fake. It just shows up whenever it feels like it, and when I go to the ship to try it out, it doesn't work at all. Same thing wiht the "talk in private" icon. If I ever get lucky enough when she actually wants to talk (last time was around 7500, now im at 10000), she gives me all the built up dialog quests that I wasnt able to do before. I really want this bug to get noticed so they can hurry up and fix it.

Well, if by "people that knows more" you mean people that can at least type a correct sentence, then you're obviously not one of those people. As for the haters, I don't see what the problem is. I play trooper - vanguard and I realize the Republic is underpowered, and there are class imbalances, as well as PvP problems in general, but but the game is still young, and other MMO's have had the same problems, but many got fixed in time. They'll get to ironing out the bugs, if you give them a chance to work on it, but for now don't let small things ruin the whole game for you. So get the sand out of your underwear and give patience a chance. If the game is still messed up months from now, I'll admit I was wrong, but somehow, I think Bioware is competent enough that it'll fix the problems this game has.
