Not everyone having a problem with the game complains about it in game. I've had a few issues and I haven't felt the need to go to fleet and spam the chat about it, and I didn't come here and spam about it. So don't make assumptions because you don't know what you're talking about, and trying to speak for 99% of people is as bad as the complainers. You can't even prove that you're in the majority.

Your video doesn't meet the minimum requirements, so there's only such much you can do. Did you try running at a lower resolution? If not that should give you a few more fps.
