  1. Love it. I am also a healer! +1
  2. Funny how to get to 50 is about 4 days (96 hours) solo. This is fast by the way...
  3. They just need to make it so either: Duplicate items can be redeemed for 2+ commendations. OR There is no chance to get duplicate items I've received duplicate items wasting the time and effort for 1 cen. commendation
  4. I love the post OP. -Fix current game cost or refit Slicing with its intended purpose Credits,Missions, Schematics I play to have fun. I don't want to grind. I have 2 jobs and go to college. I would like to be able to have the things I want in the game (that is being paid for monthly) obtainable without this being the only game I play. As it sits it is hard for me to beat any other game I want because of real life (I have at least 10 or so I am currently finishing off with this break, and that is not even counting side part, just the story).
  5. Great post. I would like to see a better return with Missions other then Diplomacy/Investigation. I would like to see a fix to the Credit pools yes, but I also want the Schematics/Missions to be more diverse or abundant.
  6. Not everyone even has close to the amount of credits you do. Essentially you are the 1% that are self sufficient.
  7. Since Slicing got nerfed (my way yo make money without crafting) I have refused to purchase anything at all on GTN or venders. I save those precious credits for the cost of Living. You know Repair, Abilities, Lv 50 Speeder (310K), Bay #3 (400K), Mod removal, ect. The pre-patch Slicing was perfect. I could make money (lots if I put in the time) and buy what I needed on the GTN. This would be fueling the economy, another player, and helping out myself. Overall a win-win. Now it is lose-lose. Good job those who QQ.
  8. Slicing was perfect the way it was. It enabled the ability to keep credits in the economy since users had to purchase items rather then craft their own, it removed the large portion of "Gold Spammers" because everyone could just make their own profits, Slicing scaled with the game with the cost of living, and more. Now it is utterly useless. You bleed credits. Every Gathering/Crafting profession would yield the same amount in the end. -_-
  9. Original Poster - You are misinformed. Pick up Slicing and try it yourself before you make up stupid numbers. I *net* maybe 1500 per box (slight chance of yielding 2000 - 5000) per 30 minutes. That is 4500 for 3 characters or about 9000 per hour. This price doesn't even cover 1 Ability after 30. Get your fact straight and stop ruining the only thing that could boost and keep an Economy flourishing. It already has. If you had Slicing day one and compare it to now it has been extremely nerfed. 400 Slicing yields no profit what so ever. Abundant/Bountiful/Rich never even show up. You can lose mad credits in Slicing now. Treasure Hunting may be the way to go now.
  10. You are spot on man. Every single person that is complaining about Slicing are just simple minded persons who are unintelligent. Making Bioware nerf a profession to the point where max level doesn't even yield profit isn't cool. Don't make this WoW. Slicing was meant to bring in credits at the cost of personal crafting. A person with Slicing will be spending all those credits in the Market Place on all the crafting item. Slicers will fuel and keep the economy flourishing. To bad Slicers can't anymore, I've seen a major decrease in Slicing profits, so much so that even doing Rich/Bountiful/Abundant isn't nearly as good as it should be. Heck I am making more Credits off of Treasure Hunting because of the Lockboxes and items. Hey everyone lets nerf every profession because they make profits! Everyone can get Slicing, so stop your whining and stop having Bioware ruin an economy stabilizing profession ... oh wait it already is ruined.
