  1. Will the Collector's Edition store ever be updated as promised?
  2. Ah, sorry, didn't know there was another build. Looked a few pages on the Vanguard forum only lol. Yeah, the heat/ammo management is a bit tough especially trying to keep up IR. But, it's a lot of fun and I'm doing great sustained damage. I forgot about the 2 points I could put into Tactics. I should actually do that because HIB is weapon damage and with armor it could deal a lot of damage or a little.
  3. I'm not sure if this has been posted, but what do you think about my current build for PVP? Here's the build: Vanguard Spec Before you start typing "But Teldara, you have 2 points missing!" I'm aware of it and here's the reasoning: Currently, I'm only level 48. Which means 2 points are missing. Since I'm not max level yet, I can't decide to put those two points in. You could put those two points into: 2/2 in Static Surge for the 30% increase damage with Stock Strike 2/2 in Charge! for the 100% chance of Storm to increase speed by 30% for extra mobility 2/2 in Rapid Regenration for reduced cooldown for Recharge Cells. Decide whats best for you. Look at the strength and weaknesses from the build. Personally, I would go for Rapid Recharge for the Ammo Regeneration if it's lacking or with Static Surge for the extra burst from Stock Strike. The reason I put 3/3 in Superheated Plasma (Assault) is for the High Friction Bolts, which ignores 30% of target's armor. It also generates 1 ammo if it hits a burning target. With 3/3 into Ionic Accelerator, Ion Pulse has a 30% chance and Stockstrike has a 45% chance to finish the cooldown on High Impact Bolt and makes it free. Basic Skill Priority Incendiary Round - Make sure this is applied on your target at all times. Although it does little damage, the DoT allows you apply High Impact Bolt. Storm - The gap closer. High Impact Bolt - Since Incendiary Round is always applied, HIB will always be ready to be used when off Cooldown. With Ion Pulse proc, it can also allow you to use HIB if IR falls off. High Impact Bolt will refresh a lot from cooldown with this build. When you hear your character does a laugh, it means HIB refreshed cooldown. Stock Strike - You want to use Stock Strike AFTER the initial High Impact Bolt because stock strike could reset the cooldown of HIB. If you use it when HIB isn't on cooldown, you wasted a HIB. Ion Pulse - If HIB and Stock Strike is on cooldown, use Ion Pulse in between attacks to refresh HIB. Ion Pulse uses TWO ammo, so use sparingly or if you want to burst. Hammer Shot - Use in between attacks to allow some ammo regeneration. Optionally, you can use Sticky Grenade as an opener before Incendiary Round for a delayed burst, although it doesn't do too much damage. As with all builds, there's strength and weaknesses to them. Strengths Sustainable Damage Gap closer Guard ability due to Ion Cell Stock Strike applies a 50% slow Refreshed Cooldown of High Impact Bolt Greater Stealth Detection that immobilizes along with lowered cool down of stealth scan Harpoon Immobolization Great mobility and survivability with Ion Cell Weaknesses Not as high as a burst compared to other builds Not as ammo efficient. Reliant on HIB. HIB is weapon damage, so the damage could be reduced by Armor/DR. Let me know how you like the build. Criticism is always welcomed.
  4. I haven't received an e-mail. I used a game card, would that count towards it? It does say "Once you become eligible for the title and have surpassed your 30 days of game time included with your official Game Product Registration Code, you will be notified by email."
  5. Checking server status does not count. It's hard to say. On the republic side its steadly growing as people are rerolling new alts or rerolling from Zergpire.
  6. Day Night cycle will be pretty hard for each planet. Each plannet has different cycles.
  7. The problem is for stockstrike, it's not instant because...you, well, haven't hit the target yet. You raise your weapon, then when you smack them with the rifle, that's when it's "activated" Where as rocket punch, you punch him relativity fast, then do a follow up by spinning in air. It's roughly the same thing. Only difference is Stock Strike is slightly slower animation compared to Rocket Punch. Which could be problematic. They could make the animation faster for Stock Strike.
  8. Update: It costed me nothing to respec at 47k to respec. Looks like its bugged.
  9. After searching around, someone says the text may be bug, and costed someone 0 even though the text said it costs 69k for him. Another post said that after 55k it should reset. I'll test this out since I have spare credits.
  10. I'm not sure, as I have no proof, but have they changed it? No one actually knows how the cost is reseted. Some say a week from the last respec, a few days or every certain day (i.e. every Sunday). But there's no real hard evidence. For example: Two or so weeks ago, my price of a Respecing was 16k. 3 days later it was back to 450 credits. Recently, 9 days ago, I respeced several times (Now 850 credits after reset), then I stopped respecing. The cost was 48750 (roughly). Today, I checked again and the price droped to 47975. That's 10 days total without a respec. That throws the whole "7 days between respec" thing out. Along with the 3 days in between, it was resetted. Has anyone had the chance to reset their respec cost since 1.1?
  11. Actually, this is a rare case. Only a few servers are over half and half ratio. Most servers now are balanced. It just took only 7 years to get it balanced.
  12. I have to admit, I used to be one of those offenders. First, they will remove your post and give you a warning or infraction. If the thread derails bad, they will lock it. You can make a new post and try not to attract trolls. They do it for the sake of everyone else.
  13. I don't know about you, but giant boulders flying at you, earth quakes and etc sound a lot cooler than lightning.
  14. Suicide Harpoon Ball Carrier into Fire Pit. Harpoon imperials who are farming us to our spawn point and they die instantly. Insert anything Harpoon and that's epic.
