  1. Cause lets be honest, some of the server have to be closed untill more subs happen, but this is just my idea (that will probably get flammed) on how I think server xfers/mergers could/should go. Issues: The main issue I see with them doing mergers is the legacy system, as far as same name. (not much of an issue imo but there it is) Stage 1: Xfers Open up xfers from Low to Low. The reason I say this is that the people who xfer will keep their Legacy name if it is not already taken and go to a different server, Maybe whole guilds and such. "You idiot, that would make the server pop worse on the servers that they transfer off of! Gosh!" Dang, you are right! ON TO STAGE 2! Stage 2: Mergers For those who didn't xfer on all of the other low servers, wipe their legacy NAME (personally I regret the name I chose since we cant have 2 capital letters in it >.<) and make sure it was well known well in advance that this will happen so that people can't say "you didn't say you were going to reset the name!" and merge the remaining servers on to one and shut down the empty ones (hopefully for when all the server pops get really high in the future and offer free xfers from high to empty to get a new server started.) Stage 3: Paid xfers And of course the most important stage that businesses look forward to, paid xfers. Need I say more? The reason I suggest do these stages is because as it stands there are too many servers and not enough subs as of right now, so if not everyone chooses to xfer they are likely to complain they they are the best on the server since they are the last one there. Its just my perspective that the population issue can't be solved without mergers : / Well that's just my 2 cents. Im sure that many will think this is bad, but hey, I am trying to find ways to keep this game that I greatly enjoy alive.
  2. well I just mean nothing is on the PTS, so they arent testing anything : / I really just want my 8 man qs and rated that was suppose to be in 1.2
  3. Has there been any word or update on whats comin up? Its been almost a month since 1.2 come out, the pts forum is still locked, and there havent been any updates, whats going on bio?
  4. Has anyone else had their q change when they are crafting? like your crew would start crafting a different item than you told them to?
  5. While we are crafting to get augmented sets, we have alot of failures. We will just RE the failures to get some mats back right? Nope. So what do we do with these shells that we can't RE and only sell for a credit to a vendor? We try to sell them on the GTN cause hey, its still the new look. What? They cant enjoy the new look because the set bonuses wont transfer from old gear? .... well poo. It seems to be an easy fix really, just allow us to RE the orange crafted gear (Mainly the BM/WH ones) to give back some mats, or allow people to take the set bonus from old gear so they can enjoy the new designs.
  6. Exactly, which was why I was specifying rated. Cause even pre 1.2 i annoy the hell out of healers who try to run. lol
  7. So ignoring all the "Carnage is for noobs! LOLOLOL" post, do you think it will have a place in RATED wzs? The reason I specify rated is that I personally dont believe it has the survivability for pug play when you dont know if you will have a reliable healer. Carnage is getting a slight boost in dmg so that its not as gimp but I dont think it will be able to compete with Anni/rage, but will the snare mechanics and the slight dmg increase make it viable for rated as far as harassing healers/ball carriers, using predation often so that those sneaky ops/scoundrels cant get away. Thoughts? And anyone who has tried Carnage/Combat on the PTS any insight would be helpful.
  8. Every other class that i have played has some talent that increases their primary stat. My question is for what reason are we one of 2 ACs that don't have some talent in the lower brackets that boost our Primary stat? The other AC being Assasins/shadows, but this thread is for Marauders/Sent. Most classes get a bonus 9%, our Jugg/Guardian counter parts get 6% in the second tier of their AC specific dps tree.
  9. The legacy system is adding a huge sink from what I understand. Since alot of the perks can just be bought, and either way take credits to unlock.
  10. Is it still going to cost us an arm and a leg? live it was about 25k a mod I believe, and I assume that it is only going to go up with the higher level mods. I would love to be proven wrong, can anyone on the PTS confirm/deny how much it cost to remove a mod?
