  1. It was also one of their first games made back in the day. Ever since then they've gathered alot more experience and, for a first attempt that was rushed out, KOTOR 2 turned out pretty well.
  2. Monthly PvP events already occur pretty frequently, though of course i would never say no to more, so if you still want to set something up i'm sure many people would be interested! Here's a list of the re-occuring Jung Ma Events
  3. In general, when i first rolled a body type 2 Trooper he felt whimpy as well, probably due to the thin-ness of the gear. My trooper is now level 45 and honestly, as you get heavy armor it really makes a difference in appearance. I've always been tempted to roll a body type 3 Commando so don't take that as if i'm saying you should do body type 2, just giving some insight.
  4. My name is Kaanth Epsis, and i approve this message.
  5. Okay that makes sense, thanks for clarification. And also i appreciate all the advice! I haven't purchased my Naga yet so once i buy it i'll definately put all of this into consideration. Thanks again!
  6. The best Trooper-focus RP-PVP guild on the server is definately Alpha Company so i'd try and hit them up. Their rules are a bit tight but for good reasons, and if you want protection they leap at the first sight of Open World PvP, so youd most likely get a squad of troopers headin' there if you get ganked. I'm imp side but i've seen them in action and for RP and PvP as a Trooper, they're the best choice.
  7. What are your best keybinds for a Mercenary (Specifically Arsenal spec but any spec helps) also, are there any guides out there for merc keybinds on a Razer Naga? I've looked but cant find any.
  8. If you want World PvP you can find it here, usually on set dates though. http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=568154 - this one is coming up soon and these type of things happen monthly. Not as big of open world PvP but my guild Clan Epsis also has a semi-world PvP event monthly located here: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=568139 Other than that you can always do the regular PvP and sometimes other people host events that arent guild hosted. so, to answer your question, there is quite a bit.
  9. I can't confirm any guilds that would be good for you but i have 2 questions you could implement that may help: 1. Where are your standings on RP? Many of the guilds im familiar with are RP-based ones. 2. What class? Several guilds are more restricting or reluctant to recruit certain classes (Usually less of a problem for Non-RP guilds) but some hardcore guilds try to balance classes too i assume.
  10. Yes yes, but How did Anakin reroll imp side as Vader, and still keep his level 50?! That's not fair, how'd he faction change?!
  11. My name is Kaanth, and i approve this message.
  12. The PvP is pretty good! Hard to find Rated Warzoning but there are nights scheduled for people to queue up so if you follow those it shouldn't be too hard to join em. Regular warzones are easy to get a queue for. both pre-50 and 50 i get pops within the first 5 or so minutes of queuing usually. Open world PvP happens sometimes too, and lots of events happen involving it. I enjoy the PvP community here even though i'm not a large PvPer myself. Of course, The RP is wonderful also.
  13. There was one reference (not by name) of him in the Foundry
  14. For number 1, the unlock the ability to BUY HK for lower level characters. in the character perks menu under legacy on an alt you can buy HK for either 360CC (might be a bit off) or 1 million credits. Not sure why for 2 though
  15. If i recall they're going with C, which makes sense to me as it'd be more of a reward to existing players returning to their already made characters. Couldn't give you a reliable source though, just what i heard.
  16. Well we have the Dread Masters, they seem to be the major enemies to both sides now. They have an operation about them, and soon to be a Daily area about them.
  17. I've been reading this and was hoping somebody would say this. I mean, i dont want to stop you from making it and you can as, persay, a fanfiction that goes away from realism but my main concern is: Why are you asking for advice/criticism? From what i'm seeing people are trying to warn you about realism and i even saw some good ideas to fix that but you keep shooting all advice down. Like i said if you wanna make it sure but if you're not going to change your mind about any advice given to you, then asking for it is kind of pointless. Just my opinion.
  18. I think it's a fair attempt at setting up some guidelines but as a member of the RP Community on Jung Ma, there's one big thing in this list of suggestions that bugs me. This. it sounds like you want to force members what characters to make, and only 6 of them? there are 12 character slots total and it seems like this piece here is trying to force it for no apparent reason. Like everybody else is saying though the system is well thought out, but some of the things not many people are going to agree with. I do like some of these suggestions though and think they could be implimented in some way if you asked the right people.
  19. I'll do what i can to get some Clan Epsis Mando's in on this on the imperial side, hope to see lots of people there!
  20. Clan Epsis' first ever Operation run was a complete success! We only lost on the last boss and never had issues for any of the other ones. Coordination was well done and a very, very specially thanks to all the volunteers that helped make this run possible! Nar'tris Safra/Ozel Miles And of course, the Epsis members who bravely faced their first team operation! Cyphyr A'shrak Aurec Simbacca Below are some of the pictures snapped off during the Operation! 21. Done...or rather attempted. http://i.imgur.com/asKIo.jpg was the best i could do on short notice.
  22. http://i.imgur.com/GNpEe.jpg Simply had to make this.
  23. Officer of Clan Epsis here, still happily enjoying Jung Ma. It may not be the most populated server of them all but i enjoy our small community despite its size. Now for the questions. Are you primarily active within your guild? I definately try to me! As the brand new PvE officer for Clan Epsis i've been most active lately arranging operations and PvE times. What keeps you enthusiastic about this game? There are multiple answers to that. There's the future content we'll be getting, the community, the Roleplay, the events. In my opinion there's always something to do if you're open-minded and look for fun activities to do. Being a roleplayer helps alot. Are they're any active, reasonably populated guilds regularly running through content? Definately! Clan Epsis is about to begin running PvE content under my lead, though i often see other guilds such as Serratek Industries, Jen'jidai, etc. Imp side and Alpha Company, Knights of Sokan, etc. pub side running content frequently. Does the low population much affect your gameplay? Not as much as it affects other peoples'. I still have my friends and guild-mates around and it's really all that matters to me. Flashpoint and Warzone queues being a bit longer i can handle. This is the only real detail that affects my gameplay.
  24. My main question, however, is where you heard all of this from. Real question, im curious.
  25. Not sure if such a topic exists so my apologies if it does. I was just thinking about the 8 classes of the game and came upon an idea: Pick a song for each class of the game you think best fits that class as a theme-song! (Remember: The songs must be appropriate material.) (Edit: I found a similar thread just about the imperial agent. Credit for this idea goes to the creator: http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?p=5249091#post5249091)
