I like the idea but it would bring up tons of issues, and therefore would be a huge time sink for the devs (who are already very busy with new content) to implement this. Along with the companion issue you mentioned, it would also bring many high levels to low level areas. This poses issues on several levels, but the main issue would be on pvp servers. Bringing level 50 enemies to a level 25 pvp area.. more then are there already... would make nigh impossible to quest there. As i said in the beginning i like the idea, i too love the class quests, but i think the time and resources needed to implement this are not available at this time. As you said yourself, the main thing they need to be focusing on at this point is getting more new endgame content out (which i think they've been doing a great job with ec and tfb);

Yeh they were asking us what we thought, but it was never an option to put it back... people who had bin following the situation were fully aware of that. The fact is it WAS imba in pvp, it gave the inquisitors a clear edge over the sages and the whining never ceased lol. Having said that, I personally loved the old animation and i wish they would bring it back in pve where such things don't matter nearly as much

it's quite common in the states too, just depends what state you're in. Also it doesn't usually cap your speed, it works more like cell phone mins. You pay for X per month (usually 30gigs) and then if u go over u pay a premium rate per gig. Having said that, you can often add on an additional 50gigs for $5-$10... it's all just a money grab

I gotta say i was a lil disappointed when i saw that they were givin away the CE item (the flare gun) to ppl that buy this pack... I mean there were only 2 special items for CE to begin with: the CE MiniMech Mouse Droid, and the Flare gun, and you had to give one away? I mean I agree it's not a big deal, spilt milk and all that, but i don't see why they had to go and give away one of the items when there were only 2 to start with.

I think that will be a problem, and the idea of reducing cooldown if the player replys to you is a good one.

Well that is really sad BioWare. I don't get on here to complain, and to be honest, I often find myself defending BioWare's choices to my friends. Having said that, you can be sure I won't be defending them this time. I feel like I was lied to three or four years ago and am just now finding out. Bad form BioWare... bad form.

Well I guess the title is rather self explanatory, but I'm curious to hear what everyone else has to say about all this. We haven't had an update in what seems like over a year now. There is a small thread about this in the story and lore section, but I'm not sure if the general playerbase often visit that section of the forum. I myself only found it through a Google search. I for one would love to see them finished! Any thoughts or explanations?

Just to give an old post a needed bump, I too was/am looking forward to the completion of the timeline videos. It might be of interest that they reposted the unfinished timeline references when they updated the Site and changed the video from a timeline to a "Galactic History " collection. One could speculate that this may be an indication of their possible intent to finish them. One can only hope anyway.

Very well done! I too have a wide screen, and I find that everything just looks much more tidy. Also very happy about mobile optimization! We all hate change, but as I get used to the new design I find myself liking it more and more! Woot BioWare

It was about a year before launch since they released the last installment. Back in the day, during the years we spent waiting for this game, the timeline vid's were the main thing we had to look forward to. I too would like to know if this will ever be completed, especially now that they have been taken out of timeline form after 3... nearly 4 years of being uncompleted in timeline form...

We were never guaranteed 5 days. This rollout was always the plan, but it wasn't ment to start till the 15th. This is Early EARLY game access.

Definitely for "no cross server" As people have stated above, I too like running into the same people in battle and forming guild rivalries
