I understand the replies that are stating things like read the fine print and it was easy to understand, but I disagree and re-subbed under the impression that I would get early access to the new content. I have a couple of points to bring up. Why would they explain what was required in detail at the bottom of the screen? As many of you have stated that it is the fine print. Why did they need to have "fine print"? Is it because they knew their wording could lead to a misunderstanding? If they knew this then why wouldn't they take steps into making the print more accessible? If I chose to subscribe during the date ranges listed, shouldn't I get access? Was there really a choice? This has a scammy vibe. So they got me to sub for a little bit, good for them, but now they have alienated me and a good percent of my friends that have played the game. I'm not sure this is the overall outcome that they want to have. I can't see how this instills any confidence in doing further business with them... So good for you Bioware/EA you made an few extra bucks and likely lost a lot of loyalty.
  2. Truth, as soon as they nerfed the only viable dps spec I immediately switched to healing spec, and you know what, it is super hard to kill me. Mainly people just leave me a lone after they see a few kolto probes floating around me. The other just chase me futilely. It isn't what I wanted to do, but hey, you asked for it.
  3. Yah, I can't really see the viability of the class after the nerf. I would choose bounty hunter/ powertech, as I believe that they will be far off to get a nerf. The sorc/sage will be next and to be honest my son plays a powertech and he ALWAYS out DPS's me and gets almost twice the killing blows.
  4. I don't think they should be nerfed at all. But I sign this post for PvE at minimum not to be affected.
  5. I agree with the OP. I am not really sure what people think the class does after the burst. Most the time it is trying to get away from Trooper/Bounty Hunter AOE and ten thousand different stuns, which likely you can't do. I always count it as a trade off. I kill someone the rest kill me, both are increadibly fast at 50. If the OP/Smug is killing more than one player when he comes out of the initial burst it is because the opposition is not playing as a team and has no healing/shielding, which is such a horrible comparison at this stage of the game.
  6. Nerfing a class because of its effectiveness in PvP ALWAYS, did you guys get this?.? ALWAYS fukks up the PvE effectiveness of the class. It is way too soon to start nerfing ANY class, the game has been out for a month, people lived through all of this on the beta and good players can manage the OPs/Smugglers initial onslaught, especially if they are playing as a team. A bunch of solo scrubs who don't have heals is NOT a good basis for change in any game. There is nothing else this class can really do for damage output in the first place, Ops/Smugglers never place higher than a good Bounty Hunter/Trooper anyways, so why are we not nerfing a class that can pull upwards of 300k in one warzone? Seriously, think twice before making a change like this.
  7. WHile not simple they do have the tools to successfully debug I am guessing. Step through the dam code and fix it. If my programs didn't work to the desired effect of the end user, and I couldn't fix it within a reasonable time frame, I would be fired. Just saying...
  8. Doing this will only hurt queues. If you feel that getting a bad deal on a Hutt Ball game that no one wants to play anyways, over having to wait 15-20 minutes for a game is a good trade off, go ahead and delude yourself.
  9. This post is stupid. Why you would waste everyones time and contribute so little? This simply shows that your age or maturity must dangle in the single digits.
