  1. The first thing that comes to mind is the Gamorrean Axe. Especially if it's something I can add to the collection and claim whenever I want. I didn't have a use for it when it was available...and now I do. Outfits have made many things suddenly more exciting than they were before. So the Gamorrean Axe. Yes, please.
  2. So I had an idea, and it's probably something that anyone with rare crystals will think is terrible, but suck it up For Jedi/Sith a color crystal is as much about your visual customization as it is about the stats in my opinion. When in combat or flourishing your weapon it is an immediately visible aspect of your character. Personally I want a white crystal, just white, not white/black, not blue/purple/white, or any of those other ridiculous double or triple color combos. Just white. Which means I would have to know when Cartel Pack 1 is on sale again AND drops loads on packs that likely have everything BUT the crystal I want...or drop between 4 and 8 million credits on the GTN. But I think there is a solution.... There are so many different crystal color options now why not create a crystal pack? Like the dye module it can come with two random crystals from any of the Cartel Packs released to date, price it at say 350 since the purchasable crystal is 500 and the dye module is 200. It does have stats, so higher than a dye, but it's random so if you don't PvP then purchasing 5 packs and getting all PvP crystals is about as uselessly frustrating as it can get. Just a thought. Really wish there was a valid place to put suggestions so someone in development might see this idea, but... *shrug* Just a thought.
  3. Just had a chance to play a little today and hit 16, where I get the Plasma Grenade spread passive...and yeah, getting them to stand near each other in PvE is unlikely it seems. At the very least every time I'd hit one and by the time I threw the grenade at least one melee guy had broken from the group, not to mention the gunner standing more than 8m away from the two guys who were actually clumped together. May toss it around a little longer before trying Gunnery for my PvE frag-fest
  4. I just want to make sure I'm understanding the basic operation of Gunnery and Assault Specialist. I'm only lvl 15 with my Commando so I'm still exploring and reading ahead in the skill tree. Assault Specialist's seem to be basically about setting your DoT (Incendiary or Serrated) then spreading the love amongst the enemy and gunning them down with High Impact Bolt/Mag Bolt, Charged Bolts, and Full Auto while maintaining your DoT's. Gunnery focuses on blowing a single target away completely and cycling to the next target, utilizing Grav Round to build up bonuses to make your High Impact Bolt hit like a Wookiee who just lost a game of Dejarik and filling in with Demolition Rounds, Charged Bolts, and Full Auto/Boltstorm. Does that seem about right? Cause I'm still trying to figure out the in's and out's of leveling with Assault Specialist...but I think I may give Gunnery a shot too.
  5. I have been away for a long time and was hoping to get some opinions. I have a level 22 Shadow who is currently spec-less. I am likely to solo play pretty much everything and have limited funds for gearing. I'm not a min/maxer, I'm not looking to push every last digit of damage out of this guy, but I want him to be survivable. I know that I'm not likely to be able to take on Heroic +2's and +4's at level, but maybe a few levels above would be nice. I'm ok trying to adapt to a new fight, but it's not fun to die repeatedly. I'm not great at monitoring multiple buffs and debuffs, but I can manage one or two, especially if I'm understanding the new system correctly that when a buff "pops" a certain ability it glows to remind you to use it? At a glance they all look good to me in one way or another, with Kinetic Combat looking the most survivable (being the tanky spec), Serenity looks like the second for having self-heals, and then Infiltration sounds like it's fun, but better with a group where you really can get behind the enemy easily. So I'm kind of torn on what to choose. What do you guys think will be fun to level?
