Here's more big news, and I don't even need links. TOR is going to lose some players after the first month and then after the first three month subs expire. Just like all MMOs save one. It really doesn't matter to me, I'm enjoying myself.

If only some innovative MMO developer had thought of this sort of problem and developed a way to hide other players temporarily when in crowded areas. A "Hide Other Players" toggle if you will.

Isn't revive for using on other people? So... Doesn't that mean that Bioware is punishing players for being kind to each other? That's almost as destructive to a community as allowing guilds.

You should be thrilled, Rift patches whenever it's needed and it has gone from a pretty terrible, bland MMO at launch to a slick, refined product. If TOR gets that kind of devotion and resource allocation it is going to quickly become a very, very impressive game.

Look for it when the servers stabilise a bit more. I have a couple of friends I will be inviting when (if) they start the invitation trials.

No doubt it has problems right now, but this really is the sort of thing that will be in flux until the day this game closes the doors. This is a tuning stat; and tuning stats get tuned. For all eternity.

On the other side of it you have everyone critical of the game being accused of working for Blizzard. It's insane; but it's funny to read from either side.

Yet there's lots of them around at level 50. It's an awesome tank frame. And all the powerful Sith men seem to be fat as well. Plus Anakin's ghost was pudgy at the end of ROJ until Lucas' missing chin edited in a picture of some emo kid.

Meh you know how people are, every MMO loses subs after the first month and then the four month mark. And invariably some internet idiot has to declare it a failure. At least some of the bickering has been fun to read though.
