  1. I know this is a PvE guide but I wondered if you could do some PvP calculations as well. For example the alacrity, instead of getting 79 on a piece of equipment you'll only get 64. Now you say that the key rating is 450 alacrity, however, with only 64 on an enhancement you'll need 7 of them to reach 448 or 8 to get above 450 which leaves you with only 3 or 2 enhancements for surge. Now if it's not feasible to aim for 450 alacrity should I aim for the same ratio of enhancements? 6 alacrity and 4 surge? Or, since I heard somewhere that alacrity is only really good if you get a lot of it, sack alacrity much more and get more surge? Same goes for crit rating, how many mods/enhancements with crit should I aim for to get t he most return? The high crit enhancements give 41 rating and the high crit mods give 46 if that's any help.
  2. Everyone has that, when you want to get the war leader's shield instead of saying that you need partisan war leader's shield it says 'Undefined' which is why no one is able to get it. Friend of mine has been waiting on a ticket reply for over a week or two, it's his last conquerer piece and can't get it because of that.
  3. I've been toying around with alacrity/surge as well and I do agree that it seems to be a lot more important than pre-2.0. At the moment i'm at 320 surge/304 alacrity. Note that this PvP gear and I'm talking from a PvP perspective. I've been planning to get more alacrity but haven't gotten to that point yet. The thing I wanted to ask you if you have some data or some numbers to show me about that 440 alacrity number. Although I'm pretty sure that with PvP gear I won't be able to get that amount without dropping below 200 surge.

I dont know if anyone has solid info on this but apparently the power proc relics (serendipous assault?) don't stack with eachother and share the cooldown unless you use a partisan and a conquerer relic. Is this intended? Then there's the fact that a lot of people use 2 conquerer serendipous assault relics to get a 60% proc rate instead of 30% but due to our HoTs, which means a lot of heals, which means a lot of proc chances, I don't think it's worth it. So now I'm actually asking is the heal on proc (Epheremal Mending) worth it over for example the EWH boundless of ages relic? Or maybe it's worth it to invest in the defense rating proc for more survivability? Also, it says on the relic of Epheremal Mending that you heal your proc target for roughly 500 HP, will your bonus healing be added to that? This is for pvp by the way.
  5. I'm debating between the 2p healer for the 10% shield probe increase and the 2p enforcer for the 1 sec dodge. Although I'm still not sure if i should get the 5 energy instead of the 10% shield probe because like you said, I have no idea how this works now although i think it's still the same as in cut off at 60% which means 63 energy which means only a real 2 energy increase..
  6. I'll get 40% crit in my current build. Might swap out all my power augments for Aim ones to get a bit more crit but not too sure yet. As for my matrix cube, that's the only thing I'm not entirely sure about but i'll have to test a bit if the 57 extra expertise is worth it for the loss of a bit of crit rating and 58 aim.
  7. I'm full augmented war hero at the moment, reached the crit/surge cap and basically stacking power now with expertise, just want to know how far i should go whilest neglecting other stats. Also, i dont see why a campaign relic is better than a warhero relic, you trade 40 endurance for 57 expertise, the proc is the same.
  8. I know about the numbers, it's just that I'm not entirely sure for how much crit i should go in pvp. The next big question is do i really stack expertise? I'm at 1360 now but i can balance it out more to get other stats if that's better. Also should I use matrix cube or a second WH relic for extra expertise?

  10. At the moment I'm aiming for 35% cirt unbuffed since in my opinion crit is important in pvp for the burst healing, i thought DR didn't seriously kick in until after 35%.

I'm wondering how much expertise a healer should aim for, at the moment i'm trying to stack as much expertise which will result in getting about 1370ish expertise for the survivability or is it wiser to for example use power crystals in the weapons and a matrix cube? How much should I aim for in general? I'm a BH in full augmented warhero gear so basically all that is left is to optimize my stats. If anyone has any constructive views about this I'd greatly appreciate that as well.
  12. I'm pretty sure about the fact that my crit is too high, the question is how much. Fully buffed I can reach more than 45% at the moment which seems to be excessive. About the alacrity thing, I literally thought about that a few minutes ago and i will certainly try it out, might come in handy at the occasional fight if I dont have to focus on the healing.

I know everyone has certain opinions about the viability of mercenaries in pvp but since i'm playing one and am not going to change relatively soon we might as well discuss something usefull on the forums. At the moment I have a full set of warhero equipment missing the greaves/both implants/relics. What this means is that i currently have maxed my crit chance from the warhero gear sitting at a critrating of 510 (39,9% without buffs) which is of course way above diminishing returns. My crit multiplier is at 76,67% which is above DR as well. From here on out i will have to balance it out with power and alacrity respectively. Both the greaves and the implants give power instead of crit rating, what i'm wondering at the moment is the amount of crit i should be aiming for in PvP. I know that 35% unbuffed or even with buff is considered optimal taking the DR in mind but burst healing (and burst damage) is much more important in PvP than in PvE so naturally it might be better to get a bit more. Note that everything i own is augmented and is currently augmented with power augments, after getting my implants/greaves i have the aim augments ready to maybe compensate with a little bit more crit rating if that's necessary. Then there's the matter of the matrix cube i currently use, is it worth it to keep it or is the 50ish expertise gained from the warhero relic (and the additional proc of power) more usefull in the pvp environment to get more survivability and pushing my expertise up to 1300++. TL;DR: How much crit/surge should i get before switching to power/alacrity and matrix cube or warhero relic for mroe expertise? Note that i know that more alacrity means faster overheating but i can manage my heat well and getting that heal off faster can save someone's life.
