I've submitted multiple tickets for harassment in the last few months. I have gotten canned email responses to some of them, but most are just closed without any response at all, so I've come to the forums to ask the simple question : Is harassment something you as a company even care about, or do you just figure you can ignore the problem and you'll gain enough new players from Steam that the ones leaving due to being harassed don't matter? I'd really like an honest answer to the question. If you don't care, fine, I'll find another game with a company behind it that cares about their players. If you DO actually care, how about maybe giving some kind of punitive punishment to the offenders?

In the latest patch, December 9th, you changed the Emotes menu in the chat box. The new menu is pretty, with lovely icons for each category of emotes. Problem for me is all you really accomplished was to make using the emote menu require 3 clicks instead of 2. Old version, you hit emotes and click on your emote, might have to scroll for some. Now you click to open the menu then have to click an icon for the category, then finally select your emote with a third click, Is there any possibility there is a setting somewhere to revert the menu back to the old version?

Or maybe just get rid of the stupid plague that annoying players can bring back to the fleet over and over to try to infect others, it serves no purpose in the game other than to be an annoyance, so just get rid of the damn thing.
