  1. Hey so I found a bug for smuggler and was wondering if anyone knows how to fix it. I left nar shadaa and finished all of my class quests (otherwise I wouldn't have left Nar Shadaa to go to Tatooine obviously), and Bowdaar isn't in my crew skills window or on my ship. When I initially left nar shadaa and got on my ship he was in a hallway and I conversed with him. However, when I left my ship and came back he was gone like he never existed..... anyone know how to get him back or experienced the same thing?
  2. I don't understand it. Yes I love getting heals, but I also love getting protected by tanks, and I love dpsing someone into the ground.......... why do healers think they are something special? I played main heals in all other mmos I've played and not once thought I deserved to be voted mvp for this and that. I almost purposely not vote healers mvp because they ask so much. Instead just to spite them I'll mvp the guy who just joined or did 10k damage and 0 healing. Man I can't wait to see the hate messages this post will bring. Anyway, stop thinking you're something special because you keybind moves the same as everyone else.
  3. Love this! Bump for the truth. BW, I hope this lights a fire under your ***.
  4. Lol now you're sounding like a developer trying to hype up a themepark linear game model
  5. Haha I love posts like this. Like the devs are just sitting around waiting to answer the unbelievably important questions that you have to ask them.
  6. Ahh so its not like Champion bags where you can have 10 lined up and go down the line?
  7. So, I had an idea to start taking the Battlemaster bags from the dailies and weeklies (if that's a word) and store them in my bank until I reach Battlemaster. I'm already fully geared in Centurion/mostly Champion gear and from here on out its a grind until Battlemaster. Can we store these bags away until we can open them or do they vanish if not used in a certain amount of time? Its a similar system to what I did leveling. I maxed out warzone comms and Merc comms and the day I hit 50 I opened 5 bags....
  8. And this is a prime example of why Bioware is at fault for the Empire's dominance. They made the Empire look so good with that first cinematic, it makes all the kids want to go Empire.
  9. Put money down the OP is a sorc
  10. Ya the JK armor looks pretty horrible. That fat samurai helmet is embarrasing. Tbh the only gear I've ever thought looks right on and the way it should is most trooper armor.
  11. If anyone has valuable advice unlike this I'd like to hear it. I'm going to try to make something work. Does anybody know if this has been done?
  12. Just curious if anybody has done it and if the process is simple to set up.
  13. SWTOR is probably the first mmo I've played (maybe SWG) that makes me want to turn off Pandora and listen to the game sound effects. However, it really does get old playing Huttball over and over and having to hear Frog-dogs! and Rotworms! Couldn't Bioware come up with a couple other names to randomly make the teams so it's not always the same two phrases?
  14. ^^ Sorry forgot to post the link, here it is. http://taugrim.com/
  15. Taugrim has a good breakdown based on what guilds are where and their numbers. Read his top entry concerning Empire imbalance. The only servers it doesn't account for is RP-PVP.
  16. Well, you are auto-flagged from Coruscant on, the only weird thing is you don't ever see the opposing faction until Tatooine. You do on NS, but they are neutral at the time........ for whatever reason BW didn't emphasize lower level pvp zones.
  17. While I agree with this mentality for real life, you know that game mechanics beat realistic-ness. I agree that the republic shouldn't be getting xp bonuses or anything, but there NEEDS to be something that evens out the play balance when you have worlds like Ilum. If you have 2-3 Imperials for every Republic player thats going to have huge consequences for both sides. Imperials will start getting bored that there aren't enough enemies and Republic players will start to get discouraged that they don't have enough friendlies. SWG saw this as well. My server is pretty well balanced, almost a 1:1 ratio with slightly more republic players so I'm not feeling this. But I can't imagine being on a server that is 3:1 for Imps. That would just simply not be fun, there HAS to be incentive to even the game out, but you're right xp bonuses aren't the way.
  18. Helm of Graush is going to be intense. A lot of live streamers and higher-profile players. I actually think it's going to be one of the more evenly balanced as well as far as Repub vs. Emp. I win an even amount of matches, slightly more on the republic side.
  19. I agree with the OP. Now I don't have the end of the world mentality when it comes to this. What I AM worried about more than warzones is Ilum. B/c there is such a high pop cap on Ilum, that really opens up for unfair pvp. Think back to SWG (at least on my server) when There were 3 Imps for every Rebel in Restuss and they held it for days on end. Idk why, but being imperial makes people feel cool. Here's a good review from Taugrim on this issue, he states numbers and stats and it's sort of scary. http://taugrim.com/
  20. No it's probably just that you're rubbish. Shadows are one of the most (if not THE most) versatile classes in the game.
