As above has said, never bother with lag complaints, but logged into my 43 Sniper on BELSAVIS, after giving it a week and another patch. UNPLAYABLE! You devs have got to login to Belsavis and actually play and see there is a very real issue and fix it already. 3 weeks is to long, no wonder people want a month free as this is the length of time it will be by next patch! Worst the game has ever been in!

Whole part of this, is Sad, but TRUE. Love this game to, even with the Bug's and all, however, when they get reported by so many on PTS, it is un-acceptable to even roll out the patch. BW's poor communication and lack of not listening to the people that play the game will be the death of it. Hell, Im having dejuvu of SWG True True, probably no balance being a world wide MMO, but 7pm-11pm is worse than 5pm-9pm It was suggested elsewhere, staggered each week, maybe the only way around it, although, knowing BW's attitude towards Oceania (yes TY for servers, but again not much communication leading upto x-fers etc), it will be the week Oceania downtime is prime-time, that's the week they will patch and keep having all these issues post patch ROFL

Not to mention, a copy paste message and instant thread closure, without having the balls to answer why! We are all paying customers, and despite a very weak EULA, consumer governing bodies, over-ride these in a heart beat, when a service is not being delivered in an acceptable manner, which in the case of so many down-times in PEAK Oceanic times, is not acceptable. Be honest, 7pm-11pm on a Friday night, whether your US, or any other country, is that fair, for a a PAID service? At least have the balls, to push it back to Midnight-1am AEST, that's still early morning for the US, that can go out, enjoy daylight, or even for-bid, actually be at work/school/uni. What choice does an Oceanic person have with a family? Watch crap on TV or go out. Well for me, and possibly alot of FAMILIES out there, going out is not really a viable option, due to costs. BW, get real! Find a time that is non-peak for ALL, I know a balance exists somewhere!

Actually the free 30 days, was for those who had a 50 and stayed on with limited content or a certain legacy level. There was 1 free day added due to similiar issues with 1.2 How about at least push it back to midnight AEST, surely not a majority of US, are night shift and would miss 4hrs of playtime during the DAY!

First time posting, read alot on this issue, and sorry this has gone past a joke for all Oceanic players! Eating into Oceanic prime time playing times is unacceptable! 1.2 gave us free game time, will be expecting the same for this, only MORE - 30 days free time would only be a minimum, in an industry that is NOT delivering a PAID SERVICE! Given the poor communication yesterday, (not only on and then off then on again, but also the different times stated), and now a Friday Night? Plain and simply not on! Whats tonight's fix? Some crap hole thing I bet. As in another thread, if it is so game breaking, bring the servers down immediately, else, wait till Tuesday! Even better, listen to the community about bugs and reported issues and don't rush a patch when it's not ready, even a monkey would learn from their first mistake (you guys, 1.2 not ring out any alarm bells at how utterly useless you are?)
