  1. This isn't specific to dps abilities or a recommendation on how to set up keybindings, but I highly recommend a keypad device such as the Nostromo: http://www.amazon.com/Razer-Nostromo-Gaming-Keypad-RZ07-00490100-R3/dp/B004AM5RB6/ref=pd_cp_e_1 Personally, I use a Saitek Cyborg Command Unit, but those aren't in production anymore. You can see it here: http://www.amazon.com/Saitek-PZ31A-Cyborg-Command-Unit/dp/B000BU0F5Y/ref=sr_1_86?ie=UTF8&qid=1325792962&sr=8-86 These devices (and those like them) give you customizable hotkeys plus a dpad (or analog stick) to use for movement. Binding the dpad to WASD or even forward, back, and strafe left and strafe right makes it so easy to move around with your thumb while giving you easy access to abilities. I also use a Razer Naga mouse: http://www.amazon.com/Razer-Laser-Gaming-Mouse-RZ01-00280100-R3/dp/B002MPPRPO/ref=sr_1_2?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1325793432&sr=1-2 There are some other similar mice coming to market soon. The naga gives you an additional 15 programmable buttons. Using mouse-look plus the dpad on a Nostromo and all of the easily accessible hotkey buttons makes it so easy to do things in games like these. This setup is also useful in FPS games as well. Again, easy movement, easy to access hotkeys, and a quality mouse. So much better than using a traditional keyboard. I will admit that the big downside to this setup is that now I can't play games using WASD at all. I just don't have that muscle memory anymore.
  2. There actually are level 21 implants, but you don't get the schematics from the biochem trainer. I bought one from someone who said they got it from a mission (think it was from the investigation crew skill). Whether that was what BW intended or not, I'm not sure.
  3. The web page is buggy. Try refreshing it. Eventually it will display a serial number and confirmation number. Those are the codes you'll need to enter into the iPhone app.
