Its the process to load the graphic elements into the FP memory on the graphic card. So OS+HD+Memory on both GPU and CPU and having free cycle on the PCI bus. My issue was due to my old 3ware sharing the IRQ/DMA with my nVidia 9800 GT. Replaced it for a 560 TI and voila sub 20s load time despite my old 3Gbps only 3ware card.

I had no issue doing FP's as a Reps... and that's saying much since there is wayyyy more Imps on the Full realms I looked up. Maybe because you where not doing it correctly. I know I wont group with ppl panicking and spamming LFG every 10 seconds.

Yup pretty much. It was reported during all the Beta's and a lot of ppl have it (if not everyone from a survey I did on Tatooine). It is only 1 culpride, its a widget found in most city which has a beam of light hitting the top of it... and I suspect, that depending on placement, the light end-up on a point that is not mapped correctly and leak thru the world

Yeah well, If you where computer savvy you would see that the loading screen time is hardly spend loading data from the HD but into the video card memory. As for being savvy if you are paying $250 for internet you are paying wayyy too much.

If you are going to make an hyperbole go with anything over 9000!!! No issue here, maybe some servers are less stable, maybe I'm not using an Internet provider from the discount bin.
