After Obi-Wan killed Darth Maul, Yoda granted him the rank of Jedi Knight because he was the first Jedi in 1,000 years to kill a Sith. Later he became a Jedi Master. Having said that, the game isn't just like the movies. Assassins can use Force Lightning but you never saw Maul use that, etc. Some of the movie characters are two classes combined, so Obi-Wan really is like a Consular and Knight rolled into one.

I haven't noticed, if you or your companion knock/throw a mob off a cliff or bridge, do you still get the XP? I know you can't loot it, but does it count as a kill for quests and you gain xp also?

I know you mean during the fight, but just a hint to those unaware somehow. Dismissing and recalling your companion is the fastest/easiest way to heal them between fights. Faster than using your built in recovery ability that every class gets.

Without DPS meters (which I'm fine if they never exist) it's impossible to say, but I'd go with Sniper.

None are hard, but some are complex. Gunslinger/Sniper I would say are the most complex.

As already stated, both are great and equally viable in PvP and PvE. It really comes down to: - Do you want to stealth and surprise gank people and mobs from behind and NOT use the cover mechanic, while also be able to heal? Like melee and in your face? Scoundrel is for you. - Do you want to hide behind cover and unleash hell on people and mobs? Do you want to be simply a straight up DPS class and not have people asking you to play healer instead? Do you like ranged combat and more of a "big picture" view of the battlefield? Gunslinger is for you.

How about you do a little bit of work then and transfer the build someone was so nice to give you into Torhead yourself. Unbelievable laziness. Please, no one post a Torhead build here, he doesn't deserve your help.

You work at a paper mill and are competing with a guy that works at Google and drives a Ferrari for a girl's attention. Unfair. You are competing with people that have Masters degrees for a file clerk position because the economy sucks. Unfair. The list goes on and on and on... This would be at the bottom of the barrel of all the things in life that are unfair. And at least most of these people have the chance to get a smartphone, there are some that are dirt cheap now. No real excuse not to have one. If you can afford this game plus the monthly sub, you can afford a smartphone.

Send in Khem, wait for him to attack, then I'd start with Lightning Strike since it has a cast time, then Force Lightning then end with a Shock if it's still alive. Pretty easy at that level.

I don't think we should be able to swap between advanced classes, except maybe ONE time below level 30 for a hefty fee if you find out you really don't like the playstyle of the one you picked. I DO think we should be able to swap between a DPS and a Healing spec on our Operative/Sorcerer/Mercenary for example.
