Indeed. I've reported it in game too. The CS believed it was just a stroke of bad luck after 100 attempts, but now we're at the point that it's beyond just bad luck methinks.

Gosh, I would LOVE to have only 61 attempts from green to blue. Going on 250 attempts now and this scattergun just wont' proc.

Yeah, they're messed up atm. 200+ REs and still haven't unlocked my blue 50 scattergun. Reported, petitioned, and a 35+ page thread around here somewhere about it.

It's good to know I'm not the only one at least. I've unlocked several level 50 purples over the past month. Working on this latest one though and it's been insane. It's been well over 100 REs now (keeping count by how many vendor mats I've bought, not counting the mats I get back from the RE themselves) and I still haven't been able to unlock the blue schematic. This seemed way out of whack as, like I said, I've unlocked several level 50 purples over the past month. So, I petitioned to see if it was a bug and if the blue and purple versions were actually in game. The CSR did confirm that they are in game, just that I've had terrible luck. I'll keep at it, but yeah.. something has definitely, without a doubt, changed.

Agreed! I rolled mine recently too and just found this bug. It's a pretty bad bug too as it's extremely limiting on a shadow/assassin tank. Not like we don't already have our challenges with gear lol.

I believe you may have to enable Focus Target from the General Controls Options first.
