Please put a warning on the stronghold purchase terminals that you are about to use "large" amounts of cartel coins, & it is not the zero reactivation cost when you buy a stronghold on the new Shae Vizla server

Killed a named commander on Hoth yesterday, got framework and put it in our guild bank. Today it is missing, no record of it ever having been put into the guild bank which is just not the case. It was there yesterday. Interestingly all the encryptions that were put in there at the same time are showing correctly. Unfortunately this is not the first instance of a framework disappearing. Had it happen just after patch 5.10 when exchanged 50 encryptions for a framework and the framework never appeared. Submitted 3 tickets to Customer service and have just got BS answers every time, took them over a week and a reminder to respond to the first ticket.. Clearly a bigger issue than CS can handle. Silll awaiting satisfactory answer/response to both issues!

Any other guilds successfully conquer a planet last week and a) not appear as the guild that has conquered that planet when you are on it or b) not appear as the current conqueror in the list via the mission log? This has happened to us this week having successfully won the conquest for Rishi last week. It appears most of the other planets currently have current conquerors displayed but there are some gaps for place such as Ilum, section X, Tat and a coup,e of others that we thought were contested last week as well. It is giving our members the correct title when they log in but definitely not giving a) & b) above

The key reason why we are playing on any of the APAC servers is the ping and is why many of us transferred when they were offered. To go back to a US server is just not an option. The server type is far less important. The solution has to be one Oceanic server how you achieve that with the least stress is the issue. Fastest & simplest way probably is to offer free transfers to Dalborra now (sorry GV & MDN guys) with an option of those who really want to PVP or RP with a higher ping to transfer to a US server.
