That's even a better gamble tho, I don't understand the point of the Plat. Packs as a standalone especially when theres a solid chunk of plat items that you can jsut save a little more CC and buy them if you want a specific thing that badly. its a cash-sink with no real reward to it

Brother this was not a bug, it was in fact a feature.

Here to say that it does still drop in 2024, I run into the regular mob (Acolyte of Fear) on my dailies a few times so I just whack him every time, and the Fancy Mob spawned cos I got the hat when I killed it (didn't pay enough attention to notice it was different tho-)

I haven't had any problems with the 320 random gear not dropping?

I got X-361D and X-662J after maybe 3 run throughs of the quest, will update after farming tho to see if I can get the others and how long it takes. Edit: Got X-R37T on the first one I clicked. X-631D has come up 3 times. Ran to despawn the first 2 times, killed the 3rd, and the next probe I spawned was X-124D. I got my first two in Nov 2022 and May 2023, the other two within 40 minutes just now.

This is me, finding out that the cool sets don't work on 75+ after spending 1mil creds and 10k frags for one at the new vendor, because for some reason, I figured they would work on late-game characters since they're in the late-game bays! also, looking at the set bonuses compared to the implants on another toon, there is no way the legendary implants are really supposed to make up for the lack of ability to use the fun armours!

I was looking for what happens if you choose to loot the caches and ended up here, I just assumed you would be stealing the contents back for the bases instead of letting them sit. Good to know!

I've gotten Cresh open, but I can't get to the vent behind the boxes, mouse droids can't jump and i can't find the right path through them Nevermind, fixed it! In case anyone has the same Stuck, you have to attack the big droid, THEN go hide behind the boxes, his zap will explode them!

Bumping this because im working on achievement completion and was looking to see if the bosses even still exist, or i'd not be able to finish everything. Hopefully BW actually had plans for re-implementing them and the tokens, and shared them with the new admin (and maybe new admin will actually do smthn about it?)

Unsure if this is the right board for this question, but does this mob still spawn? I know it's a random replacement for the regular mobs, but I haven't seen it, and tor says it was last seen in 6.3.2b. I'm trying to get the pet drop from it, but I want to know if it's even possible before I spend every Rak event springing the spawntrips all day

I will DEFINITELY be using QT less, because 5k credits is way too much, at that point im just going to use the speeders because my lower-level toons won't be able to afford that (and new players Definitely won't be able to). That may also just be the Depression baby i got from my granddad though. I really don't think you should be charged to travel to your SH, or the return from there to wherever you were, i DO think charging to 'exit to [Planet]' would be a solid idea though, since you're actually going there and not just to your house. edit: i also dont have like 10bil creds to just throw around

100% agree, and Ik a few other people have had the same thought I did when looking at this, instead of charging new players 100 creds to use QT, reopen old CM items for sale OFF the CM as rare, expensive items. Also, the DS/LS vendors that are at this point essentially phased out? Make the tokens equivalent to a ridiculous amount of creds and make their items buyable for either/or. Glad something is being done at least though.
