Alright, I already know I'm most likely gonna get bashed for this in some way, shape, or form...and I know that BW had said in the past about what I'm about to bring up that it won't happen (then again, how many years ago did they say this?). But, I still just want to say this: if we can't have Kel Dor as playable characters (yet...I still have hope, even if I have to wait 10+ years), we should, or could, at the very least have Kel Dor companions. And this is just me, but I really don't give a cookie about romance. I never go for it, anyway, and I personally don't get why romance feels like it has to be such a big thing in the game. That's just my opinion, though. This whole thing could go for other species as companions, too. I mean, why not Voss, Cathar, Nautolan, Weequay, etc? I get it, this kind of thing takes days of progress. I really don't mind the wait. I just feel like we should/could at least be getting more species for companions if not playable (yes, I know Nautolan and Cathar are playable, I was just running out of options to list). I don't know, I'm just saying how I feel. I'm sure I'm the only one, lol!

I'm sorry I took so long to respond...I'm not on the forums, often. As for meeting Arcann, yes, I have met him. With my smuggler. I have also met Malgus in one of the Flashpoints. I honestly don't know why my brain thought that both of them were the same person. It's possible it has something to do with the mechanical body parts. That probably doesn't make any sense.... Basically, my brain was just stupid, and I wasn't sure, anymore. But thank you for answering my really stupid question!

I agree that chat is toxic, most times. I've only played this game for a month and a half, now (maybe more), and half the time I don't say a whole lot because I know that some...jerk...is going to respond with something political or whatever that will have absolutely nothing to do with what I said. They'll will also go on to call me a "young snowflake". Number 1, I'm a 24-year old nerd, and number 2, I come onto the game to enjoy it, to get away from politics and all that. I'm learning to just keep chat off most of the time.

Before I get into this, I just want to say that this is literally my very first post on these forums. Also, the question I have in mind...I have no idea if this is the right place to ask it, or if I need to move it to someplace else in the forums. Please let me know because I really have no idea. Also, if my question has already been asked, before, I had no idea...and I'm honestly not in the forums enough to find out. Please forgive me if it has already been asked, before ^^;. Now, onto my question.... Are Malgus and Arcann not the same person? I know, this is a very weird question, but I kinda feel like I have to know, otherwise, not knowing will bother me to the end of my days. Anyway, every since I first started playing SWTOR and getting myself really into the stories (which was only about a month ago, now...this is what happens I'm bored after trade-school classes and I'm stuck at home), I always thought that Malgus and Arcann were the same person. Honestly, the timeline in this game has me a little confused. But the timeline isn't exactly the point, here. So then, today, I was doing a bit of random research on both characters, and I started thinking that maybe they weren't the same person. And now, I'm having doubts and second-guessing and...well, everything. I'm confused. But, hence why I am here. I just want to know if I'm right or wrong about this. I did try looking this up before coming here, but didn't find what I was looking for. So, yeah, please forgive me for my ignorance .

Ya know, as much as I would love to create my Kel Dor OC in this game, I'm with a ton of people on the whole Kel Dor being companions thing. Heck, I would love to have someone like Tol Braga or Gnost Dural as my companion (mainly because I'm curious to how much they would approve or disapprove of my choices, lol)! I'm not romantic in the game, anyway, so having a Kel Dor playable character is definitely a-ok in my book xD! I see other people's points on that, though. Hopefully, we will be able to create our own Kel Dor characters in the future. Just not right now. Although, I do wonder what plans the people in charge have for the game, character creation-wise.
