Game won't boot up. Stuck in a loop from logon page to play button page and back again. Rebooting PC and even complete reloading of the game doesn't fix. Please help

After uploading 6.1.4c patch 11/3/20 game will not load. Takes me in continual loop from Play button page to logon page, back to play button page. Tried rebooting pc, Entire game reloaded in pc, still same problem. Can't open game.

6.1.4c - Failed Patch. Can't start game, Takes me into continual loop from Logon back to Play button page. Tried rebooting pc, entire game reloaded. Still can't get game started.
