What happened to comparing companion gear specs?

when you click to show in dressing room, there should be a tab on the bottom to select your companion. -
Let us know what your skill level is. If you just hit the next tier in crafting you'll only have 1-2 missions, and sometimes none. I believe 65 is the first jump to the next tier. So get a few skill ups with T1 and see if more missions become available.

Seems the wind crystals sell on the GTN for about 1-2k credits, so you can defiantly make some money. Edit: I've also done some of the 'lockbox' missions, and I've gotten 500-2500 (green quality or better) creds plus some items.
