I've unsubscribed after the content patch failed to go live earlier this morning. If it comes out prior to the 20th AND I like the changes then I might just resubscribe. I can't see it changing end game being boring though.

I just unsubscribed.. ... Why? I'll tell you why: 1) PvP is stale. The only way to get gear is by doing dailies / grinding WZ. I can't see the delayed patch changing it enough to make me subscribe. Oh, not to mention that half the time winning a warzone doesn't even count towards your quest objectives. 2) There's nothing this MMO has that other MMOs don't. Having played several others I need something different to keep me entertained. Maybe it's just that I'm over MMOs, I don't know. Two rather significant defects, in my opinion. It might not be enough of a defect to stop you from playing, and if that's the case I hope you to continue to enjoy it. Edit: This persons post above me sums it up pretty well:

I'd wait til 40. Even with lvl 20 gear you'll get pumped by 50s atm... they're bracketing 1-49 and 50s separately soon so with 40 pvp gear you should smash some face.

In all honesty I don't care about companions at all, same sex or not. I'm here to PvP, not to fall in love and have sex with some virtual babe. I'm a Mercenary so I got Mako and she hates it when I kill people or do anything bad. You know what, Mako? Get off your high ***ing horse and go sell medpacks with the security droids if you would prefer me to wait for my victims to sleep and, ever so gently, inject a little cyanide in their necks. Blaster to their, and their friend's, face is much more fun. Gault on the other hand, he likes to kill stuff. I think both Gault and Mako have about 2-3k affection and I'm level 40. Guess if I cared I'd have stuck with the one. Mako was pretty dark that I did my end of chapter one with Gault. He rubbed it in too. Oh and lol at the OP. I like Hoth. I didn't enjoy Taris... luckily I was ahead cause I PvP'd quite a lot for a couple of days so I did my class quest and left. It wasn't the pollution, I enjoyed Quesh.

Yes, but there is no limit on the amount of Champion bags you can buy, is there? They're unique, sure, but your cargo hold and hold as many as you like. That pretty much solves your rant.

That makes no sense. Damage meters are for people that don't want to be grouped with lazy people.

Try get to level 40 with some urgency... that way you get access to the level 40 pvp gear which still makes you competitive vs level 50s. Just stockpile champion bags in your cargo hold for when you hit level 50... no urgency once you're 40.

It will be able to play SW:ToR fine as the game isn't very demanding. It depends if you're buying it thinking it will be a long term gaming PC because if that's your intentions then you'll be disappointed. The graphics card won't hold up very well with games such as Battlefield 3, Skyrim etc. I'd avoid this RAM is possible. It's probably 3x RAM sticks all 1gb each. Assuming your motherboard has 4x RAM slots, it's ALWAYS better to have matching RAM and use either two or four slots. If you wanted to upgrade RAM in the future you would probably have to remove all of your current and get 4 brand new dimms. My 2 cents, hope it helps.

Couple of minutes... sometimes instant, sometimes up to five minutes max. Note that queues are ALWAYS this short because The Swiftsure is the unofficial Oceanic server. This means that it's full during Australian prime time and then again during West cost prime time... it's honestly perfect. EDIT: But don't roll here I don't want to queue for ages like we did during the first week of launch.

In a nutshell: You get Warzone Commendations for doing WZ PvP.... You can then trade these for Mercenary Commendations. With these you can buy Champion bags which have epic PvP items inside (sometimes). That's all you need to know for now as you won't get the other tiers for a while. Battlmaster (Tier 3) > Centurion (Tier 2), Champion (Tier 1). Think that's right, Centurion and Champion might be the other way round.

If they did this they would have to separate random vs premade else you would end up with 8x 50s vs random levels. I like it the way it is.

NO BRACKETS. I'm lvl 34 (Valor 21) and I do fine. 50s are slightly stronger but they deserve to be.

I'm only level 34 (Valor level 21) playing Empire on The Swiftsure server and I seem to get all of them equally often. One time I got Voidstar 3 games in a row... Huttball is normally Empire vs Republic... ...and Hutball isn't even that bad.

Put it in your cargo hold and then go buy another Champion Bag. Rinse repeat. Can have as many as you want in your hold.

I'm level 30 and I never saw any Republic before Tatooine. I still only saw them because they went out of their way to find me - the quest areas of each zone don't really overlap. If you want some fun then just go to the sides of zones that your quests don't really send you to. Eventually you'll find a Republic outpost I'm just starting Alderaan now...expecting much the same.
