Existing subscribers already know all of that. Marketing is the job of getting more people to buy a product. It commonly uses the ploy of offering something New to people who have not yet purchased the product. Those would be NEW customers. Or in this case, New Subscribers.

Thank you, ceryxp. The change to Automatic did not wake up my start button, not even after reboot. But the Repair gave me my start button back. I was starting to miss that goofy little sound it makes after update installation check that lets you know you are good to go. Thanks again.

My game launcher shows "Installing 100% Updating Complete" - with the red bar solid all the way across the bottom of the launcher. I tried to start the game yesterday and day before yesterday and both times the updating process went all the way to 100% but won't allow the Start button to function. Today it didn't need to update, it just went straight to 100% but the PLAY button is not active. I can't launch the game.

I just want to know why Darth Marr is not depicted in the Rise of Revan Expansion Art along with Shan, the Wookie and the Bounty Hunter. We meet him in Makeb and he is critical in the expansion, just as Shan is, so why is he not depicted?

Either: Why is Satele Shan in the load screen art? or Why isn't Darth Marr in the load screen art?
