  1. When I heard they were improving the Meksha dailies I was hoping for something more like Onderon.
  2. Deception Assassins are an obvious candidate. Concealment Ops as well. Chain stunning or taking players out of a fight via CC should be the specialty of certain classes and not a generic tool for every class. Having classes like a heal sorc being able to CC like a champ with electrocute and whirlwind is just ridiculous. The DCD's need to go. They turn so many of the tactics and combat elements that make combat fun into an utter joke and draw out every fight far longer than is necessary. When you get attacked by melee while playing a ranged class like Merc as an example, high on the list of priorities should be creating some distance between you and the melee. Instead, you can just Pop Responsive Safeguards LOL at the melee Pop your choice of Kolto Overload, Energy Shield, Adrenals, Determination, Heal Pots, Self heal, Jet Boost LOL some more at the melee Pop whichever of those you haven't used LOL some more CC him with an Electro Dart + Concussion Missile LOL some more then finally you have to actually consider kiting this melee that jumped your ranged merc 20 or 30 seconds ago Or not. Because by the time all those defensives are on CD, the battlefield will likely have completely changed and you've probably been reinforced by teammates from the other end of the map who will kill off that nasty melee for you. Many of these DCD's are just a joke and should be removed. And yea Septru if you're an Op who finds himself being eternally rooted and slowed I can see how these changes might seem a bit too complicated.
  3. 1. Remove the vast majority of DCD's 2. Remove the vast majority of generic stun / charge / CC / etc abilities and keep each class specialized. 3. Remove passive CC immunities. A lot of the major mechanics that make fights interesting are trivialized in this game. Ranged classes should never be face tanking. Melee Dps should not be healing themselves. Only certain classes should be able to stun to resolve. Etc
  4. Onderon dailies are pretty good except for a few things 1. Glands from beasts should be 100% drop like birds. 2. 3 icons in caves too small and the respawn wait is too long. 3. Macrobinocular quests should revert to your previous camera zoom after your done with them instead of manually have to zoom back out every time u use them. 4. Conquest is around 10k for doing them all. Should be 20k. 5. Pretty much the only 75 zone u can use the full effects of your equipment. Should be dropping 306 gear. The camera problems are with the whole game not just Onderon.
  5. I've gotten my chars their class set / tactical and 306 fairly quickly. It's still fun trying to improve mods / armorings to yellow amps from loot I find.
  6. You got all this new gear and the places where you actually want to reap the benefits Warzones, Fps, Ops.... are scaled to 70 o.O
  7. Should be able to queue Flashpoints while doing unranked warzones. The wait time for a Dps can be upwards of an hour for a flashpoint. People leaving warzones mid match happens all the time already and is not a big deal.
  8. Onderon and Meksha should be dropping up to 306 for normal gearing. Pvp Warzones you should get a crate and more frags whether u win or lose.

Ez mode for healing Afk / go grab a drink or something til you hear "targeting bla bla bla acquired" Return to your keyboard and cast Resurgence - Innervate - Expunge at 5 stacks - Force Barrier Sometimes it's good to top off your tank with another resurgence - innervate again after the shield wears off. Don't use these skills at any other time during the fight. Save them "Targetting bla bla" If your tank finds other ways to get himself damaged or goes afk himself, Just cast a random heal off your bar and consume darkness as you see fit. If your tank is decent, in between lasers you can send your companions on missions, drop some cartel items to entertain your bored group members, engage in chat or whatever you feel like.
  10. I'm getting 5-10 Fps in warzones. My computer is more than powerful enough to run this game, Drivers are updated, graphics settings on low, Played around with options, windowed modes, etc nothing improves it. What is the problem? It's damn near unplayable.
  11. Getting 5-10 fps in Warzones and Onderon. Something has changed for the worse with this expansion.

  13. Republic / imperial has already been so watered down it barely has an impact any more I got Pubs as companions, in my alliance, as teammates in warzones and there is nothing you can do about it as a Sith. They should go the opposite way and make the factions matter again.
  14. Putting the same skills like stuns on every class turns the classes into generic trash. They have taken many of the key abilities that used to be class specific and placed them on every class so now practically every class has stuns, force charges, heals, short term iwin dcd's, movement buffs and debuffs, etc. Stuns belong on stun classes only. Charges belong on warrior type classes. Heals on heal classes. Etc Etc Etc Mara and most of the other classes should not be CC'ing. A 2 second stun on their charge is reasonable. An Aoe CC is stupid.
  15. Worst thing I've read about the new changes is requiring a full set of low tier gear before u can get high tier loot drops. Sounds like countless hours of receiving guaranteed worthless trash until you get close to having a top tier set. Reminds me of the tier 1 - tier 4 command crate grind.
  16. For mara high damage is warranted. For Jugg, on the other hand, they need to decide *** this class is supposed to be doing. U got high damage, tanking, self heals, mobility to enemy and teammate, force push, stun and aoe stun and the list goes on. It's like they asked what would happen if you put most of the best skills on one class. Have to agree about reducing all the ez mode dcd's as well.
  17. Some good ideas I wouldn't mind seeing something like the flashpoint filter for a month as an experiment.
  18. First thing they need to do is remove the 2 stuns from most of the other classes. Watching classes like jugg, mara, etc chain stun just makes me laugh.
  19. I've been playing MMO's competitively since the first one was created, thanks. I get that some people are entertained by repeatedly pressing (X) amount of buttons and watching their character do what amounts to basic single target damage under different skill names, that's great. Many people, including myself, find these kind of rotations boring, redundant and trivial. That's why there are so many copy and paste macro's. You'd think with 5 stuns on an assassin bar there would be more calls for cutting the skills down a bit but I guess people just want to wear out their keyboards nice and evenly.
  20. Without a doubt too many abilities. For Dps classes like Mara, Jugg, Assassin you have something like 9+ abilities that perform the same function - single target dps. On top of that each class has its own set of multiple defensive, offensive, mobility etc buffs that perform practically the same function. Then you have healing and tanking abilities on classes that have no business having them like kolto overload on dps merc, enraged defenses on dps jugg, saber heal on a dps assassin etc. They need to cut down on all the skills and remove the class wide generic dps/tank/heal buffs If you're playing a dps merc, your defense should be coming from kiting not lolheal, lol shield 1, lol shield 2. When you use a different single target dps skill it should be for a reason like to slow them, root them, interrupt their cast, etc. Playing a dps jugg, the heals should be coming from a healer. Etc etc etc
  21. Stat boosts = 99% of people just opening a search engine and trying to find someone who can math. I would rather see new and cool Amps to collect with effects that alter gameplay in fun or interesting ways Take Jugg Amps for example. Instead of Stat Boost 123, you could have things like Force Charge pulls nearby mobs/players to your location by X radius Collect a full set of amps and your charges now round up nearby enemies into a tight little ball to cleave. Summon Companion now calls a 2nd companion to fight at your side. A full set of amps might have that 2nd companion fighting at 50% combat effectiveness or whatever. Mad dash knocks back enemies in its path / destination by X meters Singling out targets or clearing trash off of walkways has never been easier with Captain Bowling Ball on your team. Finding amps like this or something similar would be a lot more fun than chasing down a 2% increase on a parse.

  23. Whatever they do, they need to get rid of these rotating quests. Forcing people into Galactic Starfighter, MM Flashpoints, PVE World Bosses and Ops sucks. Make it a list where you pick one activity and just do what you prefer.

  25. They need to add a tickbox in the general options so when I am talking to another male I don't see the option of flirt.
