This patch really ruined ALOT of things for ALOT of people, some are luckier than others, while others just don't get that luck I guess.

Also if that's the case guess it's time to cancel my account cuz i'll never be able to play SWTOR again unless I get a better PC. Was fun while it lasted but this is ******** because I paid for 180 days only for me to be able to play for a month or two. Not to mention i JUST bought 2400CC a day before the patch now this is happening. Is there any possibility of refund??

Reinstalled SWTOR again this time with bitraider and i'm back to 0, game won't launch and no errors.

Tried that, everything everyone is saying to install, manually install, to window updates, to do commands, all of it. The .dll file is not applicable to my pc for some reason despite having SP1 Windows 7 Pack. I've done everything I can for that .dll file, i'm just REALLY confused to why i'm getting this error? when I was able to play SWTOR just perfectly fine before the patch. I literally have already dwelled on this error for years i'm not even kidding and I never found a fix for my pc. And then I suddenly started getting it on SWTOR and it's frustrating. This error is connected to Microsoft Visual C++ 2015, and then to get that file you have to download KB2999226 which I cannot download because it's not applicable to my PC, and I recently learned that it needs SP1 Windows 7 Pack which I already have and don't know how to fix it all, it all goes down from there. It's just really frustrating because I love this game alot and now getting this error is making me hopeless. Though Thank you all for trying qnq

Before i reinstalled I didn't get any errors, the next I reinstalled I started getting the error. I also cannot install this .dll file because I cannot install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable nor the required file it needs. As I said before, I did NOT need this file to play SWTOR, I NEVER had this file. This all happened RIGHT AFTER the Patch. Someone is also having the SAME problem I have, except we are now reversed. He stopped getting the error but still can't play and it doesn't launch the game. I've already tried fixing this file long ago with other games, I just gave up because Windows Update does not work, the file is not applicable to my pc, nothing works to get this file nor Visual C++ 2015. The only thing I am VERY CONFUSED about is WHY am I getting this error right after the patch.

The problem is that I did NOT need these files when playing SWTOR, I was able to play SWTOR just fine before the new patch, and i'm not the only one who's having this problem. Another person here is getting the same error after the patch.

I have just recently bought cartel coins before the patch and I wasn't able to use it, i'm also subscribed and please do something about this or just refund us. I paid for the 180 days and 2400cc and if you can't fix the game just refund me.

I was able to play SWTOR before the new patch, yesterday. But after patching today I wasn't able to play the game at all, when I click Play nothing comes out, no error nothing. I'm doing this rn, currently patching since I cannot play SWTOR at alll, when I press Play nothing comes up so I decided to reinstall without bitraider.

what about the people who can't play the game anymore because it won't launch after clicking Play?

Is this gonna be a common occurence???, I might as well as stop my subscription because I'm not gonna reinstall the whole game lol.
