Events do come up and often, at least in my guild (and some others I've seen/ helped) where having a mailbox, portable bays, Revan/ droid (especially in MM where the inventory fills up quick) come in handy (among some other scenarios). (Other than that, I really don't want to redo my bars after every ops session, so I've a seamless transition if I want to do dailes and such.) But, yes, to each their own:)

I agree, D vs L 2 should be restructured (a common gripe of the first one) to accommodate the current ToR community (old and new players) and similar in reward structure as the Nightlife event going on now.
-
No, that's just nonsense; there are plenty of new players since Shae vs Nico, sorry to rain on your parade. Just because you missed the items no one else is asking for (idc, BW can bring those back too) and don't care about the community, doesn't mean BioWare should ignore iconic companions with content: Quests and dialogue attached to them who are being asked for incessantly by tons of people for years. <Shae vs Nico 2>, BioWare, or just put them on the Cartel Market$$$$$$$ alongside HK-55 and The Shroud.

I wouldn't expect much, Steve, from someone (the o.p.) who can't post the word *another* correctly. -
*** Stupid walker mission KOTET AGAIN
BlackSilverFire replied to MandFlurry's topic in General Discussion
Exactly. The 1st chapter of KOTET is just notoriously stupid with it's unnecessary story mode difficulty. Many players have played the walker chapters over and over; last thing many of us want to do is regrind story mode content made difficult for no good reason, other than to aggravate and waste our time with this nonsense. -
Aside from your facetious comment; It's really not that big of a deal, considering all the other content being ask for in forum, *just adding <1> quickbar pales to most. Some could really use it, some not. Charge for it and make more money, BioWare. Don't want to use it, just don't use it (and it's there if you want it.)

Cramming all your fighting abilities together may work for you, somehow (if so, more power to ya), but doesn't work for most people I know (self included). No, I can tell you for mates and I, we like response time maxed: meaning from stims, Revan vendor, raid items to (basic) few common quick travels. Here's a lot but not everything on 6 bars: 4 bars to separate character abilities: 3 fighting/ heals, 4th for heroic moments, character buffs, dehate, breaks, group triggers. Last 2 bars, regen(2 max), stims, quick travels, mailbox, portable bays, trainer, mounts, and Revan or robot vendor. Anything that cuts the/ minimizes <drag> (what my guild call it) while raiding; as 1+ people can hold up several or more. So, what works for you and Steve works for you. It's disingenuous for anyone to act like their way of doing things is the be all end all. <People just organize things differently.> (Yes, collector's can definitely benefit from 1 more quickbar, too.)

It's A Thing: Old Sub Rewards
BlackSilverFire replied to GeneralGyro's topic in Cartel Market Suggestions
+1 I couldn't agree more. Makes perfect sense. I'd love to see D vs L 2.0, yes with Master Ranos (perhaps have it scaled rewards like the Nightlife event update currently going on); so many have been waiting for it. -
I've no problem sharing all the sub rewards I have, especially the companions, who are by far the most interactive (and have Quests). Don't deny players the icons of this game, Shae Vizla & Nico, in the trailer & opening cinematics (it's such a b*tch move). Put all the sub companions, including Paxton Rall (already have him) with HK-55 & The Shroud on the Cartel Market$$$$$$ This will only help our community. NAY----> to special snowflake syndrome (I don't need to horde or firewall other people or newer players from old sub rewards to feel special. And there's nothing saying sub rewards are incapable of coming back - that's just nonsense, as they have before MANY times)

have you done any MM ops? reaction time and speed are crucial. there are many more abilities since the initial years of this game with 6 quickbars. 6 quickbars is so cramped and pretty spartan these days (especially for many MM raiders), also with MM ops items and new various abilities. some people will use 7, some won't; either way, what harm is there giving players a 7th quickbar option?
-
Just because you're mad about your special goodies being brought back, doesn't justify irrationally crying about hiding them from other players. You <still> lack comprehension of what I wrote: SSSAAAAAADDDDD. Shae is the <ONLY FEMALE HUMAN MANDALORIAN><----REREAD FOR 10 MINUTES     You have no sound argument, everything revolves around your special snowflake status.

Really, what would it hurt to give players the option of a 7th quickbar? If you don't want it, nobody is forcing you to use it. for me, reaction time and speed are crucial in raiding. there are many more abilities since the initial years of this game with 6 quickbars. About 10 years with a 6 quickbar max, it's <outdated>. 6 quickbars is so cramped and pretty spartan these days (especially for many NiM/ MM raiders), also with MM ops items and new various abilities. some people will use 7, some won't; either way, what harm is there giving players a 7th quickbar option?
