I asked this already but. does anyone have more info on SIS project 32 from BH storyline

I am on the Star Forge Server, and all of the letters in the server(chat,titles ,names) etc,are broken. This is also happening to me every time I am at the screen where I get to chose which character I want to play as. Every single letter has been replaced with a dot.
