I've pretty much been playing the stories exclusively so far, save a couple of FP's. Group content does interest me to some extent, but I don't feel my skills are up to snuff yet to not be a burden on a group.

Sliders for body types and facial structure/complexity. More hairstyles and especially more and better facial hairstyles instead of the mostly goofy ones we have. There's too many identical looking characters around.

Do you use the English or French voice-overs, Steve?

Just to piss about. Karate in its current written form means "empty hand". They changed the original first character (tou/kara) to another one saying "kara" to get rid of "Chinese hand", because the Japanese hated anything Chinese. One could also argue it originated in India. (yep I'm in one of those moods)

Difference scares people. Unfortunately you can never root that out from the human brain entirely. But I agree everything needs to be done to minimize that.

Thanks for answering. I've had plenty of gay friends and colleagues, but we never really discussed anything of this subject or just 'being gay', because well, accepting each other as we were we didn't really have a reason to. So I have little actual first-hand knowledge on the matter. Then again, I'm from the Netherlands and, the way I perceive it at least, it is in no way as much of an issue here as it is in many other countries. That was an enlightening read, and for someone such as yourself who's seen and experienced the lows, I can understand the 'pride' aspect a little better now. Mission accomplished.

I am yes, but I don't use my credit card. I buy game time codes. Among others because of situations such as these. When did you unsubscribe and remove your card info exactly? It says in your account's 'Subscription' section that you have 29 days remaining? The payment history you're referring to is the one from this site or your actual credit card company? I think the quickest way to get an answer would be to call customer support. They should be able to see if a payment came through from your end. The forums and especially just in a topic like this (weekend too) are not exactly the most reliable way of getting a fast reply on something that, imo, is quite an urgent matter.

Did you check your credit card's payment history? If you removed your card details I can't imagine a payment went through. That would be very, very, very bad. Then again it is EA we're talking about.

I'm fully behind the sentiment of the movement, I just really dislike the usage of the word 'pride' in anything related to sexuality, gender, nationality and the like. I do not understand it. To me, that word should be reserved to something you've 'accomplished', not something that just is or happened by birth/nature or chance. But I can already sense I'm far too eager to argue semantics as usual, so it's probably best I leave it at that. I hope everyone enjoys themselves nonetheless, whether they take part or not.

It's kind of typical to see my "spineless toad" post is still there. That remark alone was more offensive than anything you posted.
