  1. Since the prelim release date is early 2019, we can already set our expectations low for quality and depth of updates until then. Unfortunately this also means the future of swtor is tied to anthem. Unusual for sure and sad for swtor fans.
  2. New companions let alone class specific ones are a waste of time since they have proven they have no interest in furthering companion stories other than Lana and Theron. If we did get any it would be a group that will be killed off/written out to one or two. Again I doubt they’d do it, they’ve been doing the least for story.
  3. I'd bring back individual class stories. I am not a writer so all my ideas would be predictable and cliche but as long as it is done well and ends in character growth with choices that matter I would be happy. This shouldn't be hard considering the past expansions have kept every class at the same point in the story except for imp and pub choices. Do I expect a return to individual class stories? No, but it is nice to have dreams...sometimes
  4. The chapter format may cost more to produce but if you invest time and money into a good story presented well you may make it back in new players. The best part of the game is the base game. Unique stories, choices that matter, and a world that changes with you. Nowadays it seems like nothing matters and replaying on other roles is pointless since we all end up at the same place in the end with characters written out to avoid diverging story lines. *sigh* the more I think about it the sadder I get because I know the individual stories are never coming back. It’s like watching mass effect devolve into andromeda. ‘Scuse my while I go be emo about this.
  5. Vector came back so I broke up with Theron and I’m still sad about it. *sigh* the old companion romance stories are basically dead so I should’ve stayed. *cries into her pillow*
  6. Okay okay I got this. Spare Theron, whatevs story moves forward. You decide to kill him. “But wait!” Someone most likely Lana says. He is valuable let’s keep him prisoner. Insert illusion of choice and Theron lives, story moves forward. And theeeennnn, a crisis! “You need me, Commander! I can help you! Let me make this right.” Insert illusion of choice. Story moves forward. No matter what we at the player want, if the character is necessary in the story the writers are telling, they will live. Telltale Games presents SWTOR.
  7. I didn't see that so I'll have to go back and do it. My char literally just broke up with Theron so him trying to kill me now is uhh..
  8. The last thing I remember doing is the first day or so of Iokath and I was betrayed or whatever. I come back and I only see the quest to get my companions (only got Vector) and did the crisis on umdababa flashpoint. The problem is with the traitor among the sith flashpoint. What did I miss? Who said that person was a traitor? WIthout spoilers can anyone tell me what quest I am missing. And did I really only miss two flashpoints between then and now?
  9. Workplaces make hardware and software updates as needed for cost cutting and efficiency. I know we all want the game to change, but moving the datacenter or whatever doesn't mean anything more than what Keith said, improving their ability to maintain the servers. It's amazing that Keith takes the time to communicate with us, but dissecting every sentence and theorizing it's "hidden" meaning is why people in positions like his (and celebrities) remain silent or give vague PR statements. I really don't want Keith to regret talking with us.
  10. I just read Vector's letter to the Outlander and I'm legit misty eyed. Please come home. If Vector doesn't come back I will dedicate a portion of each day writing firmly worded letters to Bioware.
