Wow, just read through all these posts and you could easily tell who were secretly paid employees, they were the ones who kept trying to defend a broken system for this. i think we all agree that they messed up here so we should focus on getting them to fix it.
1) roll the rep system for packs into one universal reputation. Its still kinda bad, but it will take most of the sting out of it i think.
2) Make the certificates Bind On Legacy
3) Make the rep items tradable, that way people can get rid of excess ones and you wont need to buy the packs to raise it.
4) Make a way for players to get the rep items without spending real world money. Would also take out some of the sting.
5) Increase subscriber CC allowance, that way we wont have to spend quite so much and feel more worthwhile and less like cash cows.
Thats all i can think of, and hopefully with any luck, they will pay attention. if not and they dont do anything, im sad to say but as a subscriber since day one, even I will have to leave this game since it is obvious they wouldnt care about their customers. Come on developers, prove you still love us
