I got the chest piece from Savage Connection, the Heroic in gormak lands. I beleive I got a weapon from Cyber Mercenaries. I've checked out Torhead before and while it'll be great later, right now it's pretty useless. It does show that the items exist, but no one has figured out how to get these yet so they don't have any info.

I'm looking for the Resilient Ultrachrome, which apparently comes from the same quests. The BP comes from the Savage Connections quest. I believe you get the quest from the small camp in the middle of the Gormak Lands. I'll give The Tyrant a try today and see if it's there. Anyone know where to find the helm?

I've begun the search for these items as well. Can't find the Helm or Chest either though. Anyone having any luck?
