  1. As long as the intention is to continue to make World Bosses part of Galactic Seasons, I would like to suggest that World Bosses be added to the GF Activities tab. It is ridiculous to have to stand around on fleet for hours trying to find a group running the required World Bosses for Galactic Seasons, and, if you don't get them early enough in the week, you aren't getting them at all. Please, to make this easier to do, could you create a GF tab for World Bosses

  2. The system indicates that I am out of range and must move closer. It does not matter how close or far away, or where I am standing, I am unable to loot the last boss. And on this run, neither could anyone in my party. And this is just another example of this happening. It has happened in other FPs as well, and on various bosses. Could we maybe look into this and get some kind of permanent fix. Thank you so much.

  3. I realize that this is "working as intended", but, before the map changes if an instance was unable to be transferred to it was RED, and you KNEW you could not go to it. NOW, all instances look the same and you don't know that you can't go there until you click on it and get the "This instance is depopulating" message. This is highly frustrating to the point of just logging out and playing a different game level of infuriating. Please change it back to the way it was, the red part, the maps are fine, but please make instances that cannot be accessed red. Would save a lot of aggravation if you knew in advance that you were relegated to an overpopulated instance and were going to be forced to stand around waiting for things to re spawn. Thanks.

  4. Hi, this seems to be an issue as I have had toons on all servers exit the elevator hallway and immediately get stuck on the Stairs. This is most disturbing. IMO, this is symptomatic of a much larger issue of toons getting stuck on anything and everything, rocks, trees, blades of grass, and now stairwells. Please fix this. Very irritating.

    This appears to have already been fixed. I just tried to accept a GS token and was told I was already at max. Kudos to BS for responding so quickly. Thanks guys.

  6. Hi guys, I do not know if this is a bug, or something intended, but if it was intended, thanks a bunch, and thanks for the warning. The protections that prevented you from claiming a reward from the Galactic Seasons Rewards track if it would put you over cap have been removed. I just lost a GS Token because I was already at 15 and was counting on the game to prevent me from doing so. Might want to see if this was intended, and suggest putting that protection back in. Thanks.

  7. Hello, I had waited a long time for this item, I bought it when it was a featured item on the Cartel Market. However, in collections it will not allow me to unlock it. The tab is there, but when I click on it nothing happens. No secondary window telling me the price to unlock, nothing at all. I have reported this via the in game reporting tool several times with no fix to date. Please fix this. I bought it because I collect pets and the Monkey Lizards are one of my favorites and I would like all my toons to have it. I do not however wish to have to buy it off the CM every time in order to do so. Thank you.

  8. It was rather difficult to get Jawa Scrap before 7.4.1, now it has become nearly impossible. I just ran a FP, a Daily Area, and an Heroic. Upon returning to my SH after reaching Conquest goal on that toon, I discovered that I had only received one piece of gear that could be crushed for scrap. The rest of the gear was "Fitted" and could not only not be crushed for scrap, but can't be sold to a vendor for credits. So basically I ran all that content for absolutely no reward other than Conquest points. This is ridiculous. You seriously need to fix this terrible drop rate of usable gear before you lose even more players from an already dwindling player base. Unless it is your goal to absolutely destroy the game so you can end it. Here is what I received that I cannot use. Remember, I already crushed the one piece that I could use. This is a ridiculous balance in the way rewards drop in game. Please fix it.

  9. Hi, With the changes made to gear drops in 7.4.1 it has become even harder to obtain Jawa Junk than it has been since 7.0 dropped. This is a vital resource that needs to be maintained to buy stuff from the Jawa Peddlers. Now, there are fewer pieces that can be crushed for scrap than ever. Please. Find a way to increase the amount of the various types of Jawa Scrap or at least increase the number of ways that they can be obtained. Prior to 7.0 you got some in loot crates, it was hard to get after their removal, and now it has dropped to a trickle.

    1.  Which SERVER  are you on?
    2.  Are you playing thru  'STEAM' or thru the regular game Launcher?
    3.  How long were you logged into  SWTOR  prior to getting  that stuck  'spinning' loadscreen?
    4.  Were you frequently alt-tabbing  between other programs ( or browsers ) at all  before/during your SWTOR game session at all?
    5.  Do you swap between  different characters & servers  often during your typical SWTOR game sessions?
    6.  Have you by chance searched *EA Tech Support* section, including possibly related topics like here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Technical/SWTOR-loading-screen-stuck/td-p/5237948

    *In case there is indeed something code related triggering your  loadscreen fail , those ^ questions will help BioSword  to backtrace  server logs.

    Doesn't matter which server, it happens on all of them. Don't remember which server that particular instance was on. I have no idea how long I was actually logged on. Yes, I swap to other screens all the time. Yes, I play on all five servers so I am frequently swapping between servers, thus why I do not recall which one the screen cap came from. I play on five of the six servers currently and have toons on SV as well, so it is a rotation, 2 toons on SF, then 2 on DM, then 1 each on TH and LEV, 2 on SS, and rotate through 2 toons to keep them active on SV since I am not playing them currently. So yeah, I rotate through all servers every day. The EA help screen seems to be for not being able to get past the loading screen at all. This is not my issue, this happens once in a while when either changing toons, or coming back from a FP or PvP match. Logging out/in fixes the problem.

    Go to stronghold and back and it should fix it. Other option set that corpse as focus target, mount up and run away, when it disappears from your focus target you are usually far enough, then you can run back and it's going to be fixed. But going to SH and back is usually easier and faster.

    IF you leave the area, the body is no longer lootable when you return. This does not fix it.

Hi, I have been subbed forever, have had a couple billing issues along the way and have gotten those straightened out before actually playing again since I will not play without a sub, is there a way to see how long you have been subbed continuously. And it is ridiculous if I am denied free transfers for any time not being subbed since I NEVER play this game without one and have been playing as subbed for over a decade. This is punishment above and beyond if that is the case. I am showing transfers being charged at 500 CCs for transfers to SV, please fix this or advise as to why this cannot be fixed.

  13. Hi, there is this ongoing issue where no matter how close you are to a body, you cannot loot it. The screen just says that you are out of range. I can specifically list Alderaan, in the Killik area, the mission Bugs and Bombs. You get the body out of the cocoon, it drops to the ground, and no matter where you stand you cannot retrieve the sensor. Since there is a limited number of bodies, this presents an issue where if you get too many of these "bugs" you can't finish the mission until they start to respawn. Please fix this, it has been here forever, I have reported it multiple times via the in game bug reporting tool, yet here we are. Thanks.

  14. Ok, once again I am faced with the loading screen of death. Spinning icon in lower right, no loading bar, just sitting there on screen for an eternity. This seriously needs to be addressed. I realize that you are focused on the upcoming update and all, but fixing these bugs should be receiving the same priority. This particular bug has been an ongoing issue for quite some time, and is seriously frustrating. Please, for the love of Lucas, get these potentially game breaking bugs fixed. Thank you for your time.

I saw where they are increasing the cap to 15 million, this is still too low IMO, although I do appreciate the quick response from the Devs, and in answer to the replies above, what is and is not a requirement is something each player must decide for themselves, and I have no idea who is going to actually transfer 16 toons to SV. That seems like overkill to me, but again, I guess that would be an individual player decision. To each their own.

  16. Characters will be required to have 2 million or less credits.

    This is ridiculous on so many levels. I understand trying to maintain the economy, however, it costs in excess of 20 million creds to create a new toon if you unlock all Legacy perks. I mean, for instance, it costs 1 million creds just to get HK-51 from your legacy. This cap is way too low. 100 million maybe, 2 million? Not even close. I know I for one will not be participating. Far more economical to me to pay 600CCs to get another character slot than to pay 1000CCs to transfer a toon with this level of restriction placed on the transfer. My suggestion is increase the credit restriction for toons being transferred to SV, decrease the number of free transfers, and cap the total number of toons that may be transferred in from other servers, my suggestion is a max of 2 toons. This would be the same effect as the 2 million credit limit while allowing someone who isn't trying to destroy the economy to have enough credits to simply operate. Thanks for your time.

    I am reticent. I am waiting to see what kind of restrictions are placed on character transfers before getting excited. I honestly don't need another server, was gonna go over and play because I have in game friends from Australia that play, but if I can't take my Legacy unlocks, my cheevos, etc, with me, I won't be going over. So everything, for me, is contingent on what restrictions BSware decides on. I also want enough creds to make new toons over there, ain't going over broke either. Don't need billions, but do want to be comfortably able to make new toons without going broke.

    @JackieKo 90 days is a little unfair for returning players. Also, People don’t always have their account on a subscription model either. They buy 30-60 days at a time & sometimes there maybe a few days or a week or a month between those 30-60 days. Ie, Someone could have basically payed for 11-12 months worth of play time in 2023 but miss out on your 90 day requirements because life delayed them buying more game time for a week or two in the last 90 days. 

    How about making it 60 days in the last 3 months? Or 90 days in the last 6 months?

    Also how long are you going to have Free transfers open for? If it’s only for a week or a month, many people will miss out. Especially if you don’t mail people to give them time. So I’m hoping you will keep this open for at least the next 3 - 6 months. 

    Also hoping the minimum character lvl won’t be something silly like lvl 60-80. Because most returning old players who left in the first server closure, may not have even had all lvl 50’s at that stage because lvl 50 was the max lvl. Could I suggest you just make the minimum lvl 10 or 20. 

    25, that way it will carry your Legacy, assuming Legacy transfer is allowed. I know they were talking about that, and no information was provided regarding Legacy, but should that be allowed, you need to be a minimum of level 25 anyway, so......

  19. There has existed a problem with The Hate Machine Heroic on Korriban for quite some time. The walls respawn randomly during the fight. This has prevented me from leaving the small chamber, it has prevented me from getting inside the chamber to fight the mobs within, and yesterday I was trapped inside a respawned wall. I have reported this via the in game bug report on multiple occasions, and it is getting worse. Could we please get a fix before the Heroic becomes unplayable? Thanks.

  20. I purchased this from the CM with the intention of unlocking it for my account. However, it cannot be unlocked. when you click the box to do so nothing happens. You do not get the usual window to purchase the unlock, you don't get a message saying this cannot be done, literally, NOTHING happens. Please fix this asap. I want to get this guy for the rest of my toons. Same problem on all servers and all toons.

    One point I do want to address upfront, when we initially launched the server, we said we intended to open transfers at a later time.     Achievements are a major aspect of our game and once transferred, a player’s entire Legacy is also moved, rendering many Achievements to already be accomplished. We are considering limiting or completely restricting the transfer of credits and/or item stacks. This will help address the significant concern about the economy, but it doesn't address Achievements, so we are discussing compromises.  

    Again, we are still evaluating everything and when we are ready to make a call, we will be communicating that ahead of time before anything is implemented. We'll also be taking player feedback into consideration regarding how transfers are done. 

    What we are going to do now is continue to monitor the behaviors we see on the Shae Vizla server over the holiday break. When we come back, we’ll continue our discussions around character transfers and communicate with players about our intentions before we make a final decision.

    Guess I won't be playing on SV. I have spent way too much money, and time, raising my Legacy, and earning my stuff to just leave it all and start over. Instead, if I spend any CC's at all, it won't be on character transfers.

We made an internal change to how these drops are distributed and it unintentionally reduced the drop rate of the Galactic Season Reputation items. We will be fixing this in an upcoming patch, and the drop rates will return to what you remember!

    But will it be in time to actually matter? That is the real question.

  23. Hiya, couldn't find the original post about this so am starting one here. Feel free to move the post to a more appropriate place if needed. Today, picked my toon, and received the loading screen from H3ll. Spinner present, spinning away, no loading bar. Screen just sat there. Had to manually close the game via Taskman. Oh, this was on SF.
