How are sorcs hard to play?

Tactical -Ion Storm is now a channeled cone attack that does X more damage and slows targets caught in cone by 90%. Cannot be interrupted. The only reason I leveled a VG alt back in the day was to use Ion Storm. Ability felt epic and looked amazing! The instant Ion Storm of today doesn't do it any justice.

Bummer I used to love casting Ion Storm. Felt epic. Wasn't it a dps tree option at one point too? cant remember. I just re subbed. Didnt know if people weren't playing Tank PTs/VGs in WZs or if it changed. Thanks

Hatred has a long ramp up time and spreading DoTs does not feel good. Tactical: -Leeching Strike now also absorbs the next % of healing received by the target and heals you for the same amount. -Eradicate now does all of its damage immediately and absorbs healing received by the target by the same amount of DoT damage that would have been applied otherwise. -Deathfield now has a range of 20 yards and stuns all enemy's for 2 seconds and slows them by 50% for 6 seconds. -Deathfield's range and radius is reduced but hits with devastating force increasing damage significantly and decreasing the CD recovery rate of enemys by 25% for as long as deathmark exists. -Assassinate can now be used at any percentage of enemy health but now applies a dot, Executioner, and increases Alacrity by small %. Executioner does X damage over 4 Seconds. If the target is below 25% health when Executioner expires the target is obliterated (killed). -Lacerate now receives its own charge of raze which gives its damage a 100% critical chance and removes the GCD. -Lacerates damage is doubled but hits fewer targets. Profuse horror lingers spreading applied DoTs for 4 seconds. -Force Shroud leaves a fulminating force cloud (black/red if sith) for 5 seconds in a 10yrd radius which reduces the damage taken by allies by 30% and does a small amount of damage to enemy trapped (can snare enemies too? seems op at this point but w/e) in its radius. Set Bonus -Frenzy Aura: reduces the GCD of Creeping Terror, Discharge, and Lacerate by 50%. -Terror Aura: Terror Aura spreads applied DoTs in 12yrd radius. -Deaths Door: When hit with damage that would otherwise kill you, the assassin phases through deaths door and is healed for 5%. Incoming damage is also reduced by 85% for 2 seconds. Cannot attack while at deaths door and cannot occur more than once every 3 min. -Dot damage is increased for a short period after assassin re-enters stealth. -Hatred assassins see through the force gaining 5% passive accuracy. -Your double bladed lights saber flies through the air doing damage to anybody in its path when phantom stride is used. (Belongs in Tactical?) -Dark Echo: Dark echos of past sith assassins will periodically appear and aid the assassin with a vicious back stab to the enemy. Obviously Sith based. Rename or adjust things to fit Serenity as you must. Edit: And if you implement some of my suggestions you cannot implement others because they would be redundant.

What is the best Tank pvp augment? I will be gearing tank set. Does the set provide enough mitigation or get close enough to a DR that it would be better to go with crit or power augs? Or should i just go with defensive augments and be a damage soaking meatbag? Thank you.

QQ no make me do pvp it hurts my little mmo feelings QQ QQ QQ QQ:(:( So many sad little PVE babies. You pve A holes realize the pvp community gets shafted the most. We get the least amount of love from bioware. We have to do stupid PVE **** all the time. Quit crying. I want a cool mount? Cool, i have to learn a brain dead pve dance to get it. Should i QQ? or just get it done? I'll just get it done. In the time it has taken you to write your QQ books on why you are QQing about having to pvp at little for 1, thats right,1 thing in the game you want, you could have learned to press your 4 buttons and gotten it over with. If I can afford and wish to pay for only 7 days I dont see why that is your problem. Also, what does it matter if there are more people playing at that time. Its not like this game has enough players to bog the servers down like when WoW releases new xpacs. I really dont see why you think it would affect you. Quit being selfish for no reason.

As of now Early Access is for those who were a "Subscriber from August 10 to October 19." It would be nice if there were an option to pay for early access for those who missed the deadline. I think paying 20$ for early access would be fair or the equivalent in cartel coins. Pipe dreams i know...... Thank you

Does a server exist with reasonable queue times for dps? If not....... I have a 60 jugg with dps pvp/pve gear. What would be the quickest way to get tank gear for current heroic dungeons/raids to cut down on my queue times? I have no comms etc. to spend so i would be starting my Tank set with nothing. For Rage: I would stack power/alacrity. You get get 15% surge free from Dark Resonance. Also spec Unyielding and Deadly Reprisal for extra resources. -Diecrux

Why are people complaining about lack of sustained sin dps? I see comments like that all over the forums. Hit saber strike a few times and use your CDs correctly. I get low on force. Like we should.... But use saber strike, blackout and cloak right and you get it back. (very broad and basic examples of getting force... this is not a guide) PVP: Damage in both WZs and Arenas competes with any class. PVE: I can sustain my dps throughout whole fight operation boss fights. I do not think Sins have a resource problem in pvp or pve. I think people just like using the nuke button all the time. I just don't see where the support for the belief of lack of sustained sin dps is coming from.

Im glad you really like the software you use. Feel free to keep liking them. There is better out there. No reason to not improve.

I know how to use them. They are a joke.......... Install recount. Enable addon. /recount show boom you are watching dps. Little easier no?

Uploading 1) The parsers out there are horrible. 2)In this model BW supports the choice of the player to experience the game how they choose. I believe in freedom of choice. Not all people are elitist douches that kick people. It happens sometimes which is sad. DPS meters are fun and can help improve a person play if used right. Also you have the option not to use it.

You are missing the point. You DO NOT HAVE TO USE THEM IF YOU DONT CHOOSE TO in my solution. I am aware dps is not every thing I never said it does. You don't have to play with players who think that I never said you have to. I enjoy dps meters. I know many others do. I know some people hate them. that is fine. In my solution you are free to dislike dps meters and not use them. People who want to can. Simple

The existing parsers are garbage. The third party mods that WoW players can use are leap and bounds better due to the access blizzard gives them. WoW has a "Turn on ADDons" menu in THEIR start up screen. SWTORs parsers are a joke.

Implement in game dps meters and make them Optional! Let the operations leader make the choice to use DPS meters or not. Say an operations leader has activated dps meters. People who are opposed to them do not have to join the group. They can create their own un-dps metered operations groups. This would be easy to implement as post Warzone stats system can be used as a template. LFM dps/heals/tanks HM TFB "DM on" pst for inv. orrr LFM dps/heals/tanks HM TFB "DM off" pst for inv I imagine that's how it would look in general chat.

Cockpit view and joystick compatibility please. One thing I enjoyed very much in my short time playing Star Wars Galaxies was the space combat. Something similar here would be great.

Good thing games don't use single core. Good thing games are getting more and more multi-threaded. Both XBOX one and playstation 4 have 8 core amd cpu's which means multi threaded games will explode. Your 3570k @ 4.4GHz competes head to head against the FX 8350 @ 4.8GHz on any game. (these are the average highend OCs for both.) The FX 8350 can play swtor and skyrim on ultra (CPU intensive games). So. No. Its not lacking. I like intel. They have good ****. but lets not say silly things about amd because we have intel parts yeah?
