I don't tend to comment, but I searched for this and just wanted to say that this is the reason I keep opening the game and then quitting almost immediately every couple of months or so. I love my characters, everything about them and their stories has been carefully crafted and I have put so much time into this game, but I just can't bring myself to play through Rishi, KOTFE, KOTET etc. again, I just can't. I'm happy to pay for upgraded characters or skip sections, but I know that if I do this, after all the effort I've put in, it'll be so dishertening to lose control of such important aspects of the story; decisions will be made that won't be mine, and won't feel right for the characters I created. It would be so incredible to have the key decisions available for you to read and select, so that players can continue onto new content and have the experience they're after.

I'm sure others may have requested this before, but with multiple characters (or boosted caracters), people may not always want to replay every story and expansion in their entirety, and just dive right into a new one. With that in mind, it would be amazing to have a brief summary and selection of key choices in the main class story, Revan, KOTET, KOTFE etc. I know for players like me who would rather slog through 70+ hours of the same content repeatedly than miss these key decisions and npcs, it would be an incredible quality of life improvement going forward.

Yup no ruffles but more irritatingly, the flowing parts clip and get stuck straight away.

Um it's been 6 years... was this ever fixed?

Haven't seen an eta on this anywhere yet and I know some people have been waiting even longer than I have. The email I got back from customer service called me Carl and said it should take about 24 hours to sort out. My name isn't Carl and it's been 48 hours, has anyone heard anything?

It's been a few hours now and I haven't seen an update anywhere online - the twitter account hasn't even acknowledged it at all. Maybe it's not a widespread issue, but it feels a bit crap spending £23 for nothing and not hearing anything back. An update or an estimate of how long it will take would go a long way at this point.

I have the same problem - even with an empty head slot, I have this ridiculous helmet on in every second cutscene. Particularly in walkers and some of the final moments of kotet, which totally kills the drama :I
